“A beautifully restored farmhouse style property. The rooms were well appointed. The gardens, as the name suggest, were beautiful, with small niches with garden furniture where you could sit and relax.The property is actually a working small holding. The breakfasts were typically continental; bread with cheese ham and a selection of homemade jam. The property is in a small village so it is necessary to travel to find a restaurant, we chose Hotton and La Roche, both lively small towns with a selection of restaurants. Local fare usually included Ardenne meaballs, trout and of course mussels.”
