CanadaThe best and worst part is the location of the hotel. It's very close to the airport which is great. But the traffic to and from the hotel to any other places are very congested.

They do have a free shuttle service for the hotel to airport (and vice versa). Which I think was amazing.

My brother and I stayed at the Holiday Express for one night because we had an early morning flight to Saidpur the next day. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the excellent reviews we had seen on booking.com. On another note, my brother and I had planned to go shopping in Dhaka. However, when we went out and tried to find transportation, we were unable to secure a vehicle due to heavy traffic. Consequently, we decided to return to the hotel. My brother then went to the reception and inquired about the hotel's transportation services. Regrettably, the receptionist responded rudely, stating that there would be an additional charge for it and questioned if we were willing to pay." , my brother got very angry and came back and one of the receptionists ( Paki) came and apologize to my brother, my brother will go and stay this hotel again on 16- Oct - only because of Paki positive attitude and hospitality that she has shown to us

had to pay for my coffee in the morning, they did not wake me with the wake up call that i requested!! luckily i put my alarm on my phone but when i told them about my wake up call they apologised and told me there is a problem with the line. in that case if i missed my flight would they have paid for my ticket back to the uk…hmmmm??? but everything else was too noch, the taxi from and to the airport. fresh cooooked food at their restaurant. a beautiful smile when welcoming at check in and a special thank you you to the strong security that put my luggage in the car…u might be old but u definitely are strong…thank you

IndiaFirst thing this is Holiday Xpress and not Holiday Inn Xpress. The location is at a crowded street where no cab or Auto can easily reach. The overly priced rooms with very limited facilities. The breakfast they give is a selected set of maida pratha or khichdi, which brings no sense as a breakfast. The heavily priced restaurant at sight has no value for the money. Lastly, there is no food from outside policy , that if you bring anything in your hand , they speculate and even sniff or follow you up to your room to verify that what you have in your hand is not the food. Very pathetic.
The room was clean . The hotel staff were okay.

BangladeshThe pillows were too thin. We needed to use double pillows to sleep properly in a proper position. Also, the toilet commode and basin were positioned opposite to each other which looked and felt very unusual. It was uncomfortable sitting in the commode with the basin right in front of my face.
Airport to Hotel and then back to airport pick and drop service. I didn't know that they have complimentary Airport pick-and-drop service. They messaged us and told us themselves. I liked this service very much. It saved me the hassle of going through the process of renting cabs in the city.

Well where do I start? Firstly they called me to confirm the pick up from the airport free of charge with the hotel car. The check in was smooth and easy. The staff was extra caring… making sure that I was not hungry and If there’s anything I needed help with. The location had everything definitely gonna stay there again highly recommended and I’ve also got a free drop off to the airport with their new clean car! Thank you guys Definitely see you soon!
