Modern, attention to every detail from check in to the restaurant to the rooms. Kitchen appliances with all the comforts of home. The Bajan touches of paintings in the rooms , landscaping, menu selections and mosaics in reception. Paynes Bay swimming is awesome.

the only small thing I would say is the air con in the lounge/kitchen area was not very strong and so it could get quite hot in there.

The property was fantastic, all the staff were so friendly. 2 pools were great and the on-site restaurant was very good. Our apartment was so spacious and the bed!!! wow so so big and comfy

Very little. One room had a minor complaint about the king mattress separating.

Location is fantastic. The food at the hotel café is excellent and we ate there several times. Several restaurants within walking distance, ranging from high end (QP Bistro) to very local (Roti Den). Also a small, very nice beach almost right across the street, with entertaining snorkeling opportunities (we brought our own masks and snorkels). Bus stops are very short walk from the compound. The Massy grocery store in Holetown is amazing and a short bus ride away.

there was no enforcement of the 'kids free' rule for some of the pools. There are no supermarket close by (there's a little hut with some groceries but quite overpriced and limited assortment).

nice secluded villas, good service with a warm welcome (they left us some bagels to snack), good amenities, nice gym. Close to Holetown and Bridgetown.

Wonderful family run hotel. We had a lovely, spacious suite...very clean, great location. The staff was amazing from the time we checked in to the time we left. Super accommodating. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again !

Air con in our room. Not sure if it’s in the right place to receive the benefits. Also you have to close all of the interior doors for it to work, not ideal when you have children.

There was one incident where we relayed to cleaning that we preferred that they come back in a hour, as we were preparing to leave. But she insisted it was done now. That was it. It was resolved but we felt we did not need to explain to such lengths.

Lack of atmosphere at the pool bar/restaurant, could be because we visited at a quieter time of year. Location was a little quiet, had to venture out in taxis to more bars/restaurants but the beach is beautiful.

Lovely spacious villa with lots of amenities, cleaners worked really hard keeping everything clean and tidy. Quiet pools and plenty of sunbeds to relax. Helpful reception staff who pre-booked taxis for us.

My only complaint was our room ( Avocado) faced the family pool which was very noisy and for most nights the noise carried on until late at night. Given our age and the two of us................no kids, we would have preferred been located at the Passion Fruit complex.

Room was great. Complex was clean and well maintained. Service staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Very good services, beach chairs, umberellas etc. Swimming pools were great.

Beach view hotel is spacious and comfortable with lovely attractive grounds. The accommodation is comfortable and kept spotless by a daily housekeeper. The views and position of Beach view are perfect and Paynes beach is a beautiful beach, typically Caribbean. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The pool areas were clean and comfortable and never to busy as there’s a choice of three.

slight negatives there was not enough draw space plenty of hanging space. The shower temperature could be temperamental at times.

The location, the grounds, our room was spotlessly clean, very large and airy with a balcony overlooking the pool & the sea. The staff were amazing! Welcoming & friendly nothing was too much trouble.
