Excellent property at the centar with super friendly hosts. The house has everything you need and very spacious.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very big with plenty of space, the bed was comfortable. The hotel has it's own car parking spaces directly out front, I think about 8 or 9 spaces, the staff showed me where to park the car. I had a little trouble with the internet on the first night, but this was fixed and worked fine for the rest of my stay. The breakfast was all fresh and enough choices. The center of town is about 5 minutes walk away, you can walk through a park to get there which is nice. If you like your meats, restaurant called Mama Mia is at the main square and I had an excellent steak and wine.

The room was huge. And the bathroom was very clean and modern. Unlike other large hotel chains, the TV is not difficult to operate (remote control or TV that is too small, etc.). The staff was very accommodating. The lady who set up the breakfast buffet was there and rounded it all off with her friendly and helpful manner. All in all a very well-kept hotel with great staff.

Very nice hotel just a few meter to tne city center. Warm and helpful welcome. Room was marvellous calm and enjoyable. Bathroom was perfect, heated, modern, tidy. Breakfast was very kind and cordial arranged. Checkout was fast and professional. The car was save next to the bulding.

This is the best hotel in Tuzla. The breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious (we had an apartment) and clean. The staff is very friendly. I strongly recommend Soni Lux Hotel. We had a wonderful time and will come back!

I didn’t have WiFi in my room even though I was on a business trip and had to work. I was staying on the 3rd floor. The WiFi was working on the 1st and 2nd floor, but the receptionist refused to change my room, even though an hour earlier he told me that there are multiple free rooms and I could choose which floor I want it to be in. No change of the room and no money back so after staying there only an hour I just checked out and found another hotel. The AC was working poorly as well, it was still hot in the room despite me turning it to the coldest temperature.

The hotel manager charged me aditional 30€ for my 3 year old, even tough the charge applied for 4 years and older. His argument was that the child was “almost 4”, or “closer to 4, than 3”. Which is absurd, since we did not ask for additional beds or rooms anyway. The place is riddled with cockroaches, i have seen 4, and killed one. I have attached an image of one inside the bedroom. Avoid.

The location is good, parking is secure.
