Fabulous location to explore the city, right in old historic city and near all the sights and museums. Our room was surprisingly quiet despite the great location on busy street. Really good value, no frills hotel.

Central location, 5 min walk from all main sightseeing points, tram stops 2 min walk from main entrance. 24/7 reception, very friendly, polite and helpful staff members. Although do not expect much the this place, price reflects everything. For one night it was okay..

The bedding covers could be cleaner

Great location! Close to Bašcaršija, Cathedral and main attractions in Sarajevo. Another big plus is that the train station is right across the street and it is very easy to use.

When I made a reservation I was not aware that we would get a room at the upper floor. The room itself was nice, clean, but it had only a roof window. The room is spacious horizontally, but mind your head in the attic.

The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in. They assisted us to find a free parking in the close proximity of the hotel, which saved us some money.

The size of the room is very small and quite dark. Despite the fact they advertise having breakfast on the property - which is the reason I chose them - they actually give you a 4 EUR voucher for breakfast a a restaurant nearby, which opens late.

Excellent location and comfortable interiors, despite the shabby look of the building. The room is well organized.

I could hear the people in the room next to me when they took a shower or went to the toilet. I could also hear it when they talked loudly. The view was just of some trees, so not very nice. The showerhead was a bit broken and I had to either keep it horizontal at the lowest setting (roughly 160cm) or hold it myself.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room itself was small, but kozy. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well situated and it only takes a few minutes (at most) to walk to the old town / main street.

Great location in the city center, very quiet room facing the inner courtyard. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are on the small side, but tastefully decorated and fine for a few nights. Good value for money!

The airconditioning was veeeeery loud, I think it might have been broken. Also, the duvet on the bed was only for 1 person while we were in a double?

It was a little bit eerily quiet in the reception area, but that's a minor issue!

Clean, comfortable, and ideal for a good night's sleep for 1 or 2 nights. The girl on reception the next morning was so friendly, and let us leave our bags there until we had to leave. The location is great too, close to good shops and restaurants, and a short taxi ride to the train station.

There were big problems with parking because we arrived on a weekend of Sarajevo Film Festival and all the nearby public parking spaces were full. The receptionist kind of left it for ourselves to resolve so we parked more than 1 km from the hotel and later moved a bit closer, but still around 15 min on foot. Breakfast felt like a scam. We were directed to some cafe (City Walk) that was supposed to work from 8 am, but decided, that they will serve breakfast only from 9:30 which kind of interfered with our plans and we had to re-schedule. We paid 4 euros for breakfast which was just tea and simple omelette with bread. I checked the menu and it would have been cheaper just to order the same stuff in the cafe (and frankly I would have just skipped the tea and ordered omelette with cheese or some other extra food if I had a choice)... We left still hungry and went to eat some chevapi after this miserable breakfast.

It might be a good idea to put tea/coffee facilities in rooms. If it is not possible, it can be organized in the lobby part because the hotel has a nice place to sit and relax. The hotel send customers to City Walk restaurant for breakfast, and it is 4 euros. I think you can try the burek shop across the hotel.

The location is too central. You are in the heart of the oldtown within a few minutes. It is kind of family business so they try to help us a lot. The rooms are convenient.
