The room was nice they gave me a double room and it was so cute, location is perfect right in the town area so everything is walking distance !! The receptionist i didnt get her name but she was very sweet so accomodating and so so helpful!! Her customer service was AMAZING, always smiling and just so nice

Spent one week exploring sarajevo & region. Nice location to the old town. Conveniently located when arranging tours with Meet Bosnia a wonderful tour group. Only 25 minutes drive from the Bosnian Pyramid for a meditative & healing experience. Short ride on trolley to amazing hollywood hills thermal swimming pool.

The size of the room is very small and quite dark. Despite the fact they advertise having breakfast on the property - which is the reason I chose them - they actually give you a 4 EUR voucher for breakfast a a restaurant nearby, which opens late.

Excellent location and comfortable interiors, despite the shabby look of the building. The room is well organized.

I really liked the room and all the facilities, the location was perfect to visit Sarajevo, we did everything by walk. I wanted to express my gratitude to Maya, the owner of the Hotel, she was really nice with us, we discussed with her and learned about the history of Bosnia, she helped us a lot and was really smiling and patient!

I could hear the people in the room next to me when they took a shower or went to the toilet. I could also hear it when they talked loudly. The view was just of some trees, so not very nice. The showerhead was a bit broken and I had to either keep it horizontal at the lowest setting (roughly 160cm) or hold it myself.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room itself was small, but kozy. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well situated and it only takes a few minutes (at most) to walk to the old town / main street.

Great location in the city center, very quiet room facing the inner courtyard. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are on the small side, but tastefully decorated and fine for a few nights. Good value for money!

The airconditioning was veeeeery loud, I think it might have been broken. Also, the duvet on the bed was only for 1 person while we were in a double?

It was a little bit eerily quiet in the reception area, but that's a minor issue!

Clean, comfortable, and ideal for a good night's sleep for 1 or 2 nights. The girl on reception the next morning was so friendly, and let us leave our bags there until we had to leave. The location is great too, close to good shops and restaurants, and a short taxi ride to the train station.

Not a lot but as a suggestion it'd be nice to have a double duvet alongside the double bed as single cover can fall off. That's being really picky though as nothing was wrong.

Excellent location right next to the Old Town. Decent rooms for the price. Easy check-in process. Well maintained and recently refurbished.

Carpets need to be replaced, no hand rails going up stairs. Beds are hard. Small bathroom.

There were big problems with parking because we arrived on a weekend of Sarajevo Film Festival and all the nearby public parking spaces were full. The receptionist kind of left it for ourselves to resolve so we parked more than 1 km from the hotel and later moved a bit closer, but still around 15 min on foot. Breakfast felt like a scam. We were directed to some cafe (City Walk) that was supposed to work from 8 am, but decided, that they will serve breakfast only from 9:30 which kind of interfered with our plans and we had to re-schedule. We paid 4 euros for breakfast which was just tea and simple omelette with bread. I checked the menu and it would have been cheaper just to order the same stuff in the cafe (and frankly I would have just skipped the tea and ordered omelette with cheese or some other extra food if I had a choice)... We left still hungry and went to eat some chevapi after this miserable breakfast.

Hotel location was central, staff was friendly, room clean and quiet.
