Music as previously mentioned in other reviews was a bit loud but not enough to spoil anything . Just bring ear plugs if you want to go to bed early.

Absolutely amazing . Loved everything about this place. Beautiful gardens , fantastic patio , lovely room and brilliant staff who couldn't do enough for you . Good food and drinks at a good price in the bar. Can't be beaten for location for the old bridge and shops . Would love to come back .

Walking from the bus station with a tow-along case was very difficult over the cobblestones. No taxis were around in the evening.

Ideal location, friendly and helpful staff and everything needed for a couple of nights' stay.

Maybe the fee to wash some clothes is little bit too high but else nothing to complain. They made everything easy for me.

Location is incredible, just a 100 meters away from the old bridge and still an oasis with its trees and terrasses.

Music til midnight!

Right in the centre with parking opposite, restaurant bar on site; very clean, free communal tea and coffee, shaded by trees from the summer heat. Amazing value!

Everything was lovely - but the hot water was not consistent. Other than that, 9/10 for the facility. Be aware that there is loud music for the young crowd in the bar area till ~midnight.

Right in old town - steps from the famous bridge. Parking was nearby. They had craft beer and the prettiest setting for the property with a small waterfall beside the bar area. The owners are super kind and friendly even though it was busy (!) The room was cute with a/c and a small but ok bathroom.

The host/owner is extremely kind. My daughter wasn't feeling well, and he gave her free orange juice, so i didn't have to go to the store. The room was beautiful, overlooking a garden and restaurant. It is in a great location as well, near dozens of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

if i was forced to complain about something, id say it didnt have anything to hang things on nor cabinets, but i travel with hooks and my clothes are all in packing cubes so was able to manage, otherwise, yeah, hope they had hooks and maybe some sort of drawers

Room was neat and cozy with terrace to hang and chill. had a mini basic kitchen where i could cook meals every now and then but also has inhouse resto with cheap prices and multiple options just outside. few meters away from the city's center of attraction, the mostar bridge.

It is a bit of a party place so there was party music playing until midnight every night

The bathroom wasn’t very clean (mold on the shower curtain) and very loud music until 1am from the restaurant

Where do I start? The place is advertised with parking onsite. You cannot even drive to the property, let alone park onsite. You park in paid parking nearby at KM24 per day. It is extremely noise until about midnight from the live music downstairs. The aircon didn't work at all in our room and we didn't get much sleep the second night. Windows are tiny and don't let in much air even when fully open all night. They provide a fridge, but no glasses, cups or anything else. We had to buy some plastic cups to drink out of. It is advertised as 3 bedroom apartment, but each room is separate and has to be locked separately, as there is no door that closes off the 3 bedrooms from the hallway. That doesn't work when you have young kids sleeping in separate bedroom. Staff were very stern demeaner.
