Cannot fault my stay at all. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location in old town. 1 min from Latin bridge, 3 mins from tour offices for trips and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a continental style with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.

My room was pretty small thus not much space to store my stuff.

The staff were polite and friendly. The location couldn't be better. The breakfast was pretty good and varied from day to day. The shower was excellent. Reasonable tea and coffee making facilities. The room was very quiet.

I have been staying in this hotel mostly last 15 years. Each other year I find that they do some renovation. Top location - just on the main street, where all shops and restaurants are. Hotel has some parking places available which is a big plus in the middle of the old city. Excellent breakfast which enough variety of options, plus they can prepare you eggs or omelette according to your preference. Very helpful staff, you can be sure they can assist you for any question you might have.

As promised by the host, they provided a safe parking space, that was very close to the hotel. It was especially comforting for me. The reception staff is extremely nice, friendly, helpful and respectful. I am very grateful to them. The breakfast is varied, plentiful and very delicious. I very enjoyed to live there. The hotel is in a beautiful location, close to everything. The street noise is not disturbing because the closed window insulates perfectly. If I can, I will go back again as soon as possible. Thank you for all!

Breakfast was a bit poor. City tax can be paid only in cash.

There are many restaurants near the hotel. The main walking street is just 20 meters away. Everything is so close and can be reached by the foot.

I really liked the hotel and would recommend it. It is perfectly situated in the Old Town, from where you can see by foot the main sightseeing attractions. The room was very clean and with view on the Bazar. The breakfast was good. The employees were friendly and spoke in good English. The hotel offered as well a taxi transport from the hotel to the airport with a reasonable price. The driver was very friendly and even explained during the drive some of the main buildings we passed through and the history of Sarajevo.

No hotel bar, but bar across the street all of 10 meter walk!

exceptional location in the pedestrian zone. Reserved street parking at the very edge of the pedestrian zone was available and the front desk of the hotel was keeping camera observance. The front desk staff specifically Tea and Adnan, were very open, friendly and helpful. Corner room with windows in two directions overlooking the mosque on one side and the square in front of the hotel at the other side.

Hotel was in the center you can walk into Bascarji in a minute. The room was very clean and hot (we stayed in winter) Everything was excellent. Breakfast was good enough and the hotel workers were so good every time helped us and guided us. Lovely! Thank you for everything.
