We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaBreakfast: There were a lot of flies and we took the risk of eating only what was closed (in packaging), you need to do some improvement about the flies. The rooms are a bit worn, but overall ok.
We arrived late and had dinner at the restaurant, the food and prices were very good.

HungaryWe've had some language difficulties at the reception, neither English nor German worked, but the staff was very nice and we helpful.
The rooms are plenty big, we've had a nice stay here. We also liked the restaurant both for diner and breakfast.

Situated next to route from Trebinje to Sutjeska. Big object with many rooms, clean and no smoking in the rooms (although someone was smoking in the corridor and almost everyone was smoking during the breakfast…)

NetherlandsWhen we entered the room it was really hot, we turned on the AC but it was not working. It only blows warm wind, it doesn’t cool. We had to open the windows to cool the room, but the hotel is near a busy and loud road. We also had a diner in the restaurant. We were waiting to be seated, but 2 waiters just walked past us without saying anything. After 5 min of waiting I walked to the bar and asked if we could be seated. Once seated we again had to ask to order, because no one would show up or ask us. The meal we had was chicken and pork, but it was really dry and hard to swallow. I asked for mayonnaise but the waiter forgot about it and I had to ask again. Once I received the mayonaise I wanted to order another beer but the waitress was already gone so I couldn’t ask for another beer (while my glass was obvious empty). This was the worst experience ever. Seems like no one really cares about the guests and they don’t want to make some money. We usually tip the waiters, but in this case we definitely did not. I wanted to order some deserts but because of the bad experience we didn’t. Worst restaurant ever
We liked the spacious room + bed. Room was equipped with a minibar. Parking is great as well.

Great value, great staff, outdated areas se’s and A/C that barely blew cold air. I understand A/C doesn’t have to be used 8 out of 12 months, but it is advertised as with A/C. Breakfast, while very plentiful, is served in a room infested with flys. Important - this place has best lamb in the world!
