We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe sink in the toilet is very small and the tap too high which can easily lead to splashes of water falling on the floor etc. Some of the windows are too high to close without a ladder/chair. Initially there was some confusion about the guest registration (required by the BIH government for all people staying more than a day or two). But after some exchange Deni said he would take care of it.
Location was good. Not far from the sightseeing places (there are a few steps to climb though). Check-in till 10pm and I was also assured later check-in would be possible in case by bus got delayed. Wifi was working great. They put a water bottle for me in the fridge. Tea and instant coffee available. There is a small kitchenette in the room. Air-conditioned. Flexibility to pay in Euros or local currency. Some things mentioned in other reviews like privacy in the bathroom and the room being too dark, that was not the case in my view (could have been improved). There are blinds on the windows and enough lighting in the room.

The apartment was excellent, the bed was amazing, and the apartment was well equipped . The location was perfect. 3 minutes walk down the steps and you are in the old town. The owner gave perfect directions even sent a map with arrows of how to get there. There is plenty of free parking near by

Deni's mother is very kind, she waited for us with a plate of watermelon and helped us with the necessary information. I highly recommend! It was a pleasure to stay there and visit Mostar. Close to the apartment there are free parking places. Free wi-fi connection is provided and last but not least, the apartment is close to the center of Mostar. Highly reccomended

United States of AmericaDue to circumstances outside of the host's control, the wifi network was unstable and low speed during my stay, so I was unable to work well on the apartment's internet. The hosts called the provider and offered alternate connections; they really went out of their way to try to fix it! Much appreciated. I would still stay here again, just using a coworking space or cell phone hotspot. I I recommend getting a local SIM card to hotspot if you need to Zoom or upload/download large files-- they're like 2 euros for 15GB to get you through your work. If you just need occassional short calls and don't need to upload and download lots of large files, you'll be fine! (Email, Slack, Netflix etc. all worked fine most of the time).
Deni is the most AMAZING host. His whole family and neighborhood are welcoming and lovely. They absolutely embody hospitality. 100% I will stay again! Great for a solo traveler (super safe, ladies!!) or a couple. Deni is super knowledgeable and can provide great recommendations. Sparkling clean and super comfortable! Nice bed. Good hot water for a long shower. Fully equipped kitchen (enough to make chicken soup from scratch!). Provided slippers were a nice touch. Feels like home :)
