The streets are narrow and parking was a bit of a challenge (especially if you are used to driving on the other side) but the host was super helpful and it all worked fine.

The apartment Slatki dom 1 is situated on very good location, three minutes from Sebilj and Baščaršija, our host was very nice, he offered us garage which we haven't paid too much; the apartment was very comfortable for our family of five members. We recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Sarajevo without using car.

The inside of the dishwasher was moldy. This may vary depending on the use of the dishwasher. This situation is tolerable.

The host, Kemal, welcomed us very well. He informed us very well about the house and its surroundings. There was also a file containing informational brochures, albeit old ones. The house was pretty sweet too. The sofas and chairs in the common area, that is, the living room, are also very comfortable. It felt good to have breakfast at the table in the courtyard. Having air conditioning in every room is also comforting for hot days. The house was very clean and we felt very good being able to enter the house without shoes. Face towels and large bath towels were also very clean and smelled nice. People feel safe at home. Kemal asked us if we wanted umbrellas when it rained and gave us umbrellas. As the host, he did not have a disturbing approach and was very polite. The view of old Sarajevo was also visible from the windows.

Kemo is the best host I have encountered in numerous years we have spent travelling. He is extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He provided us with some great tips re: foods to eat and places to visit. All this info is also available in a book he supplies with the flat so you can always go back to it. The flat itself is well equipped and modern, it's clean, light and spacious. There is also a terrace outside so you can sunbathe weather permitting! Sarajevo was the best part of our trip and a lot of it is due to Kemo's hospitality. Will most certainly be back!
