Perfect location, superb sea view, very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Parking directly in front of the hotel.

misinformed about taxi booking and was slightly stranded. There are many many steep stairs to get down to the beach and fod area. Remember the location is in Bosnia.

There was dust in the room corners.

Spacious rooms, awesome balcony with great view on the bay, good breakfast which was constantly refilled. Really comfortable beds. Super pleasant stuff. Great air-condition, which was priceless as we were in Neum during heat wave. I also like location, as the nearby beach is one of the best - has all facilities but is not overcrowded as the central ones.

- Staff in the laundry room were very loud in the morning (7:00) - non hotel related: We don't recommend restaurant Trabakul at Grand Hotel Beach - worst staff ever!

The hotel decor is dated, but everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night. The view from the room was beautiful.

Its not that didnt like it but rooms that we stayed need to be refurbished ASAP. It looks bit out of date.

Staff was brilliant and very helpful, breakfast was very good and tasty, close to beach, view from balcony is great. Having own parking space in Neum is just great bonus.

We were before the real season started and the breakfast offer was not rich. However everyone could find something to eat.

Location is great and the view is beautiful. If you want a calm place near the sea, you will be satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel looked newly refurbished. We had a nice and quiet room on the top floor with balconny and exceptional view over the sea and the surruondings. Large and comfortable beds. Free parking close to entrance. The breakfast was simple, but adequate. Nice and helpfull staff

Breakfast could be a little more diverse. The coffee machine should make also natural coffee, not only instant.

The beach was so crowded and not so clean what is not the hotels fault, but the cleaning lady came to our room in the morning at 8am without knocking, that was not so nice.

Wifi reception wasn't good. One of 3 rooms had no signal whatsoever, another had very weak signal. One of the "ocean-view" suites we booked was more of a "parking lot view" suite with a small section of the ocean visible if you bend over the balcony.

Good hotel for overnight stay, a bit pricy for BIH. Decent breakfast and convenient location. Room was clean and beds were very comfy.

I have to say that the maids didn't do a great job for the 8 days we stayed in the hotel. No cleaning whatsoever, and they didn't change the bed linen for 7 days, we had to go to the reception desk to ask for a replacement. Breakfast quite modest, no toast, no fruit, no water, one type of jam, one type of cheese, no butter (just margarine). The hotel doesn't have a private beach, and to get to the beach you have to go down a long flight of stairs. No kettle or safe deposit box in the room.

The hotel is pretty OK for the price. Most people come here to visit nearby towns/attractions and want to stay in a central location, for which Neum is ideal. Hotel staff was very kind and friendly to guests.
