United Kingdommisinformed about taxi booking and was slightly stranded. There are many many steep stairs to get down to the beach and fod area. Remember the location is in Bosnia.

Spacious rooms, awesome balcony with great view on the bay, good breakfast which was constantly refilled. Really comfortable beds. Super pleasant stuff. Great air-condition, which was priceless as we were in Neum during heat wave. I also like location, as the nearby beach is one of the best - has all facilities but is not overcrowded as the central ones.

CanadaWifi reception wasn't good. One of 3 rooms had no signal whatsoever, another had very weak signal. One of the "ocean-view" suites we booked was more of a "parking lot view" suite with a small section of the ocean visible if you bend over the balcony.
Good hotel for overnight stay, a bit pricy for BIH. Decent breakfast and convenient location. Room was clean and beds were very comfy.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaI have to say that the maids didn't do a great job for the 8 days we stayed in the hotel. No cleaning whatsoever, and they didn't change the bed linen for 7 days, we had to go to the reception desk to ask for a replacement. Breakfast quite modest, no toast, no fruit, no water, one type of jam, one type of cheese, no butter (just margarine). The hotel doesn't have a private beach, and to get to the beach you have to go down a long flight of stairs. No kettle or safe deposit box in the room.
The hotel is pretty OK for the price. Most people come here to visit nearby towns/attractions and want to stay in a central location, for which Neum is ideal. Hotel staff was very kind and friendly to guests.
