Perfect location! It was really nice to stroll around Icherisheher every day. It is also just 2 min walk away from the Fountains Square, 6-7 min walk from the Boulevard. There are many nice restaurants just in 100 meters. Although it is on the busiest street in Old town, it was perfectly quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful.

Bathtub design is not good and unsafe for elderly people. Bad smell was coming from bathroom.

Location of the hotel is excellent and all major attractions are within walkable distance. We stayed in Deluxe room with balcony. Size of the room is large and furnitures are very good. Breakfast was good but options were limited.

Though property has excellent location, excellent historic decor, maintenance, room service, house keeping is not up to the mark. You can’t get extra blanket in night, house keeping staff was not available. I couldn’t get a bandaid fir minor cut in evening as first aid box was with security personal who was not available that time! Very few staff could communicate in English. Breakfast was very very average. It was till 10am and staff used to start winding up by 9.45am.

it looked like some of the things needed repair (door did'nt lock) the upholstery on the furniture was a little torn. The breakfast needs a major upgrade since there was very limited variety.

For a family suite the room was too small. You should never consider giving this for four adults.

Overall stay was good. An excellent location. We only got a very late checkin due to some issues with the room. Will surely recommend others to stay in this hotel. Staff is very helpful and good

I didn't think the rooms were that nice and I was placed very far away from the lobby with a large suitcase. I also thought it was expensive for what it was worth compared to other hotels in the old town. Finally, the breakfast was okay but not 5 star.

A very comfortable, excellently located hotel - the public areas can only be described as fabulous. The atrium is spacious and striking, and the view from the dining room on the top floor is breathtaking. Located next to the Tourist Information Centre in the Old Town, it is also an easy walk into the city. Very helpful staff - especially Geenay. Highly recommended.

We loved the Shah Palace, it was a great location, right in the centre of the Old City - easy to walk to sights and restaurants. The hotel was very charming and included historical artifacts. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even escorting us to our taxis (taxis cannot pull up directly to the hotel as it is on the Old City).

The breakfast was very sub standard. There were barely any options for people who do not eat animal products and a severe lack of fresh fruit. I was disappointed.
