The room was in four th floor and sometimes the lift did not work. The stairs are like in a very old building and shabby which can be very difficult fir old people or anyone with luggage. The room is very basic.

The location is very good, nearby to metro and bus stop and walkable distance to many sightseeing. The room was basic and fine given the price. The common areas were cool and the people at the desk were very helpful. They arranged for my cab at 5am and also helped us plan a private tour.

Located in a fifth floor, it has wide corridors, wide room with natural light & ventilation, terrace with fantastic view. Big lobby to spend time. Mini gym area and kitchen. Friendly staff. Excellent location nearby metro and old town.

They have a rule of switching on the AC after 15th June due to which i had to keep the window open. Unfortunately, there were mosquitoes and as the property is on the main road, there was a lot of traffic noise. But all this can be avoided if you can keep the window shut.

Location is the biggest advantage with everything at a walkable distance. Cleanliness was maintained which is a big thing with calm aesthetics.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow, making it difficult to browse the internet or stream content smoothly.

The rooms are a bit tired and the mattresses a bit lumpy! Also there was some long black hair (the cleaner's?) on the floor of the room when we arrived. Shower tray filled up if we spent very long in the shower. Also, the rooms on the front are quite noisy (with loud stereos from passing traffic) but i appreciate that that isn't the hostel's fault.

Loved the location and price, and hot powerful showers. It's good for the price you pay but with a few minor issues (detailed below).

Beds in hostel-type rooms lack curtains, this is a huge overlook, they should be there, and it'd be so much more comfortable with them. Also, some of the lockers under our bed didn't work, the locks were broken and I didn't see much enthusiasm from the staff to fix them.

The location is the best you can imagine. I was also quite content with my room and the bathroom I also want to thank the cleaning team, they are working hard and doing an excellent job, if anything is untidy (I mainly mean kitchens), it is because of the guests who do not care about the work that is put into this. The cleaning ladies were always excellent.

They take cleanliness very seriously and the stuff is cleaning non stop. Unfortunately many of the guests don't take it as serious. Kitchen is well equipped, stuff is helpful and friendly and speaks English. Nice common area

There's lots of people just lounging around our sleeping in the common area, even at night. The lift, although a major necessity, was a bit precarious and small, only two can fit at a time.

We booked last minute as our pre-booked property cancelled on the morning of our check in. The hostel also has a few private rooms in addition to dorms so we were lucky to get one of those. Staff was super helpful, the manager and morning desk lady are lovely. Saw a bunch of female travellers there too, and the hostel was buzzing (although not very noisy) at all hours of the night with people coming and going. There's someone on the desk 24 hours, so you can check out at odd hours if that's what your travel plans call for.

I think they need to change the electric socket as it’s round that you need to buy adaptor that fits the main socket in order to use.

The staff and the receptionist is so approachable and helpful. You can feel you are important as they listen to your concern and take necessary action. They take care of their guest. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you for your good service 😍
