It has no elevator. As nearby is on construction, view from hotel is not that good.

Location, close to Port Baku and Boulevard. Quite big beds. Air conditioning is good.

It is a great spot to walk to and from but if you are thinking of taking a car or Bolt to someplace, be prepared to be stuck in traffic for 5-10 mins just outside the hotel (traffic for most of the day). Also, there was no elevator in the hotel (something that is mentioned on the booking site but worth highlighting for those who may have missed it). Our rooms were on the 3rd floor so we had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Since we had stayed in the inner city (Icherishehr) during the first part of out trip to Baku, we decided to stay on Baku Boulevard for the last leg. It provided an interesting contrast to the other side of town. There are lots of restaurants, skyscrapers, government buildings, and malls at walking distance. This hotel is perfect if you're stopping here for a few days. The rooms were very comfortable with a great panoramic view of the area including the Caspian Sea. Despite being on the main road, the rooms were not noisy at all. The staff was also very personable and helpful and ready to offer us guidance.

No elevator, everyday disco in the same building (we had very quiet room but it could be a serious problem in some rooms).

Reserved seaside panorama rooms were under repair, told to be available within couple days, yet for one week were not available. For breakfast you have to go out of the hotel and walk 150 metres to a nearby restaurant, should be explicitly mentioned in Booking Site page. Ongoing construction near the hotel, could not open windows through entire stay Adjacent to the hotel is a restaurant/ night club, loud music every night in rooms until 03:00 a.m. Water was out in the room on Sunday, not solved until checkout for 3 hours. Toilets smell, ventilation not working No authorized personnel to perform actions on time, manager off the hotel most of the time contacted via phone/ WhatsApp.

Had to get cash from an ATM, as my credit cards didn't go through, even though I had already used them in both Baku & Qusar in several stores without issues. Also, the room & bathroom could have been cleaner.

The Air-conditioning unit is very old and not very effective, feels like a fan more than an AC.

Breakfast is provided by a lounge restaurant establishment. There is no option, and it may not appeal to others. There is also a nightclub nearby and whilst it didn't bother me, light sleepers might be inconvenienced.

For F1 fans it's a great hotel. It literally 100meters from the Fanzone Entrance and over looks T1 of the baku circuit. Near to restaurants and night life

This hotel was found and booked due to work location. The BAKU sea port is in the same location and this was my work place. Hotel clean fresh and room was perfect no issues. Reception was good - and fast check in check out, also WIFI was good.

There was no AirCon, Missing some basic toiletries like toothpaste/toothbrush, Room hadn't been cleaned properly after asking to make up our room

Marine Inn is a great value for money hotel if you want to stay in Baku and be close to some really nice spots. It's at a really good location, with friendly helpful stuff.
