Excellent location. Five minute walk to Old Town. Quiet street. Our apartment had all basic kitchen utensils. It was clean and cost flat. Staff was very friendly and responded to all needs almost instantly. No hidden costs. Be prepared to pay with cash as the card reader did not take my card for unknown reason. If this is your first time in Baku, I strongly recommend to stay at Leila's Apartments.

Lack of ability to use the Air Conditioners in the room. We tried keeping the windows open to let in fresh air but couldn't do so for long, as ton of mosquitoes would get in. Wish they had got the AC running for us. Would have made the stay complete

The rooms were spacious. The location was in the heart of the city ... made it convenient to visit various parts of the city.

We had an amazing stay at Leyla Apartment 1 in Baku. The apartment is spacious, with three beautifully designed bedrooms and a large living room, offering plenty of natural light and views overlooking the charming town. Each bathroom was well-equipped, and the overall layout provided plenty of space to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk from Nizami Street and the Caspian Sea, with cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets within easy reach. It’s a perfect spot to explore the city on foot, giving you a real feel for the vibrant surroundings. We even had fantastic views of the Flame Towers and glimpses of the Caspian from the apartment, which was a wonderful bonus. Plus, Bolt cabs are readily available right outside the apartment, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The host, Sevil, was incredibly attentive, making sure all our requests were taken care of, and the apartment had everything we needed, from kitchen amenities to a washing machine. This place truly offers great value for money, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

1. Very friendly staff they allow us to check in before one hour and the guard was helpful. 2. The location was around 250 mtrs from the center. 3. The rooms were very clean and you will find everything there like towels, iron, washing machine, toothpick, slippers and even washing powder. 4. The toilets were clean and all facilities were inside. 5. The price was good and this apartment highly recommended.

Bed mattresses were little hard and pillows were too soft. But everything else was Perfect.

It was 3 bedroom apartment on 10th floor. 2-3 minutes walk to Nizami street/fountain square. The mini market is also 1 street away. Ms Sevil was cooperative and arranged the airport pick up on request. Overall it was nice experience.

The sitting hall is a bit smaller than expected. The noises from the laborhood are easily heard. We are on the top floor. So, need to carry luggages to walk up one floor.

The location is good. A few mins walk from Fountain Square. Facilities are good enough.

The staff was very considerate and helpful, communication via booking/whatsapp was smooth and timely, we also asked for the airport shuttle and everything was arranged as agreed. The beds were comfy, each room had air conditioner. Very good location. We did not use any other furniture as we stayed for very short time so we can not comment on other things.

Not modern. The furniture is a bit outdated but clean though.

The apartment is big. Near to the Nizami street. Also quiet place. There is a security guy so the building is safe. The host representative Sevil is a really kind understanding lady. This is important to have a good host.

I had a fantastic stay at Leyla Apartments 1! The place was clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was just right for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Baku!
