It's a great location, close to the old city and promenade, but at the same time on the quiet, noise free street. The stuff was very friendly, facility was clean and comfortable. Special thanks ti manager Edvin for his help and cooperation. If we come back to Baku, we will certainly stay here again

There is'nt anything to not like!!

Excellant hotel only a 5-6 minute walk to the Icheri Sheher metro station.Checkin/checkout was fast and efficient.Room was spacious and very clean with all the basic amenities; minibar,complimentary water ,tea ,coffee, slippers ,fast wifi , bathroom toiletries etc. Have to mention the hardworking staff,everybody from Housekeeping to the Frontdesk .Appreciate all your help and every smile , for being there for us 24/7. Especially Edwin !!! Hats off to You.. Lovely hotel we will surely recommend to all our friends visiting Baku.

Shower needed some maintenance, which I alerted reception to, so hopefully will be repaired. Breakfast time started at 9am which I found quite late.

Staff were so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Room was bright and airy with a view to the street. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet street very near to the metro and Old City. Breakfast was very good too.

It’s well located, an easy walk to the old town, carpet museum and art gallery and metro. Edwin and other staff were so kind and helpful. It was super secure and there’s a lovely coffee shop a few doors down for breakfast. It was quiet and very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again

As an architect I think they can serve the breakfast in the common area rather than a different building.

Location was the best just 10 min to old town. Breakfast could be better but it was enough and tasted good. Staff was very helpful. It was clean and quiet place with great architecture.

A truly fantastic accomodation in the heart of Baku - and possibly the best price/value offer you can find as a budget traveller. My room was spacious enough, with a comfy double bed, clean and well-equipped (free mineral water, kettle with free tea bags and coffee). The hotel is centrally located, two corners away from the old town and max. 10 minutes from the Flame Towers. The receptionists are amazingly hospitable (I even received a farewell gift), especially Edwin, whose culinary and cultural tips made my time in Baku more authentic. I was sincerely grateful for the arranged airport transfer, since I arrived in the middle of the night and had to leave the same way. Even with an unexpected situation with my boarding pass, they made sure I am not gonna miss my flight. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough, if I ever return to Baku, I know where I am going to stay.

As the rooms are not really soundproof, I can hear the when someone slams the door outside. That’s all, other than that, all are excellent.

I like the location as it is in the city center and very near to everywhere. Always clean. The staffs also have very excellent service. From the drivers that picked and dropped me at the airport, the lady cleaner who is always smiling and the 3 gentlemen at the reception that are very polite, excellent hospitality and very kind, as well as very caring.

After my trip to Azerbaijan I left with the impression that this Hotel is the best choice. Definitely offers the best value for his price, the location is ideal to go walking everywhere in the center, rooms are clean and they have all basic needs covered. But definitely what makes a difference is the service, all workers are incredibly kind and attent, especially Edwin who was always open to help, to talk, joke and share his advice. They really made me feel comfortable, almost like at home

There was a mild unpleasant smell in the room coming from the bathroom. Since the AC was working all the time (even before we arrived in the hotel) we just opened the windows and ventilated the room all the time, which luckily worked for us even when it was snowing outside.

The location of the hotel was great. Baku is a very walkable city. Even though the hotel was not in the city center, it was very easy to reach. Our hosts were very welcoming. The hotel has 24/7 front desk service, and they are super helpful even at the middle of the night. The hosts are extremely kind and you can tell that they give utmost priority that your stay goes wonderfully. Room was small -as expected- but very clean. Great for a couple days of stay, room might be a bit too small for visits longer than 3-4 days. Worth every penny.

On our first night, I think we were placed in a small room though we booked the slightly bigger one. I'm not sure if it was our mistake or theirs. The first room was small and it was difficult to move with open luggage on the floor. I suggest booking their big rooms. On our second stay, they gave us the bigger room. (Photo attached) Rooms were good and cozy but cleanliness can be improved as there were some small thin hair strands on the sheets. Good if you only intend to sleep in your room and spend the day outside. Anyway, we overlooked anything we didn't like because of Edwin's good service.

Edwin was absolutely amazing! If he doesn't own this place, he should definitely get a raise. If we can give him 11 stars out of 10, we would. The guy is a superstar when it comes to friendliness, hospitality, and exceptional service. His English is good too.

Soundproof wall,, so I can enjoy playing music, and I hear the voice from the side of my room.

Its a new establishment but they are ready to meet your expectations. The location is so close to any access spot you want, the place and everything is good and new, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, and the room is neat and comfy. far from busy roads so it's very nice to those who like silent surroundings at night. It's a little bit steep and needs to hike when you go up (its Hillside lols), but it's still good for some cardio .. hehe.. everything is great and awesome.

I changed the room second day, it was small and not that much good. But compare to price its ok. And there was a swaggy smell in the wash room on the second day room. But in general its good for all
