The caravan park is very run down. Our cabin was literally falling apart. The bathroom floor sloped to the right, and the shower continually leaked, so the floor was always wet. The shower and toilet area are tiny… very cramped and hard to use. The toilet was wobbly and coming away from the wall, so was the toilet roll holder. The bathroom power outlet came out of the plaster wall when you unplugged anything. The kitchen cold tap literally fell apart the first night of our stay. The cabin was flimsy and cold. There were no screens on any of the windows, and the only screen door had holes in the wire and didn’t lock. We stayed in cabin #4, I don’t know if they’re all the same age and condition, but our cabin was way past its use by date.

The bed was comfortable. The hot water and shower pressure in the cabin were excellent. The lady who worked at reception was nice. Directly opposite a shopping centre with Cole’s and Kmart, very handy spot.

Shower was hot and cold and low pressure.

Value, location, reception staff was friendly. Cabin was a bit worn out but good layout and perfectly suited to our short stay needs.

The entire park is in a state of decay. The park and cabins need a lot of TLC. The reverse cycle air conditioner doesn't heat. It was 10 degrees overnight with no heating or blankets.

    Staff and location.

There was no hot water whatsoever during our stay, no fly screens and there were broken window locks, several lights not working. Would be a nice cabin if maintenance was kept up.

The location is great as was the staff member, she was friendly, polite and very nice.

Over priced. Very rough looking. Cabins barely liveable.

Our donger was rough on the outside, but liveable on the inside for a night anyway. Quite large.

Camp kitchen too basic - NO KETTLE for cuppa, no camp fridge to keep food & milk, no pots, pans, cutlery, plates or bowls, Place could do with some maintenance, but still ok.

Excellent location including supermarket next door, cheap price, available, shower block & good shower, shady trees, personable manageress, pet friendly.

Not disability friendly, reception is up flight of steps, amenities has 2 steps, laundry area also.Garden, lawn areas require gardening maintenance more regular basis.Trees drop these round yellow seeds, all over the grounds of the park, making it some what dangerous to be walking on. Permanent residents as well as caravaners and campers.Staff very polite helpful and friendly.$30 pwd water site is reasonable for this place, you wouldn't want to pay any more,i'm sure a prison bathroom would be cleaner then this place.signage at the ladies doorway saying cleaning I progress, Bin not emptied for a week or more, hair on the shower tiles, shower water taken a good 9 minutes to get hot, then when apply the cold it goes cold.Obviously this park has gone under the council radar for some time. Positive thing was Lovely friendly greeting by staff, close walking distance to town, pubs, takeaway food, coles supermarket.

I do wish there has been soap in the cabin, but not a big deal as I managed to find my own. It was freeeeeeeezing inside the cabin - however the lady did offer to bring me a heater when I checked in but I insisted it wouldn't be necessary. But it was much colder inside the cabin than outside, which I didn't expect. The neighbours who were long time tenants of the park did blast music & were a bit loud for the first part of the evening (I went to sleep very early though after a very long drive) but overall it was still very nice & the cabin was really cute & roomy!

Cute little cabin - the owner was extremely friendly and helpful and kind. Very personable & the cabin was comfortable & felt like a safe space. It felt homely even as a pit stop on an interstate trip.
