Was not the best spot to turn into when travelling north busy highway - had to pull off the road and wait for a suitable time to cross but that’s not their fault at all.

Clean and the staff were so very friendly and welcoming! Felt bad arriving late but the lady was amazing and so helpful.

The manager couldn't find our booking when I first arrived. We asked for WiFi and the information we were given didn't work. The power points in the rom stopped working while we were getting breakfast ready which meant we couldn't finish preparing breakfast. The tooting from the passing trams was a little disturbing.

The venue was easy to find. The accommodation was much as I expected.

The room was large enough. Fridge was dirty. Although had 2 bedrooms the sliding door between rooms did not block out noise. Stayed in July, no heating with aircon and only 1 thin blanket was supplied with each bed. No extras in room at all. So it was cold!. Foe $195 it was very poor. Would not recommend. The lady at reception could do with a lesson in smiling as well.

Location good. With name of Tramway should have realized that cane train went by at all hours of the night. e.g 2 am.

The woman was not friendly. The air conditioner unit could have least been cleaned the filter , the outside. The freezer was all frozen up so you could only fit 1 freezer brick in it… for the money I paid I would have expected to be able to freeze ice bricks to use on the journey in the way home.

Sadly the start were very rude on check-in room was dirt. As we were leaving we were checking the surrounds. Old container full of liquid under the bed and rubbish. Aircon filter was full of dirt. Husband cleaned it.

The bed and blankets had a smell . Thinking because it is a pet friendly motel . If pets are in the room maybe blankets need to be changed every couple of days . Other then that it was a really good stay

I went into office and the office lady on the floor in reception, not really a hello, yelled at her partner that customer here…then she finally got up, was biting her nails and spitting them out in front of her while doing something on the computer. I didn’t feel welcomed. The internet paper she gave me, couldn’t even connect to wifi, password incorrect. One bed was crumby, one shampoo bottle was half empty, but overall the room was tidy.

Rooms were reasonably clean except one bed, pulled back doona and there was crumby stuff. Shower was good, and hardly heard the trains through the night (rail way tracks next door)

Room really needed a makeover. Traffic and train noise was constant throughout the night. I did not consider this value for money because of the room size and condition.

Small older style motel with undercover parking outside room. Grounds were tidy. Takeaway fish and chips was a short walk away but anything more was a long walk.

Needs attention to maintenance and room prep… dishes must be washed & dried but both detergent bottles were empty. Had to request a bulb for the bedside lamp as none in place. Placemats dirty. Bathroom door ‘rickety’ and failed to lock. Exhaust fan not working. Sofa needs replacing. Located on outskirts of town.

Beds very comfortable and in separate rooms. Staff helpful when approached. Room a good size but we may have been upgraded.

This motel allows people with dogs and the people next to us had two large dogs - noise throughout the night and in daytime the dogs continually entered our room if door open!! Dreadful. This motel is called the Tramway - only when you are here do you realise that means the cane trains run next to the motel day and night with all their squeaks and rattles. Also couldn’t open door fully because bed behind it - just a bit too crowded.
