The bedrooms were quite dusty including the floors, the outdoor floors were pretty dirty and not brushed, the main ensuite wasn’t well cleaned when we arrived (toilet had been used), the sockets in one bedroom were hanging off the wall and no bedside table light bulb. Paying for a premium townhouse we would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness.

We had a baby in the group and there was no access to the main road without going up or down stairs. Not an ideal stay for prams or if you like walking up and downs stairs. I love being active so I didn't mind the stairs.

We loved that it was only a short walk away to the Reef Noosa (next door) as when we arrived we wanted lunch straight away.

The property wasn’t as clean as you would expect for something of this standard.

Beautiful property, perfect for a family stay. The sunsets on the balcony were beautiful and you have everything you need here. The walk to the beach and Hastings street is the perfect trip and the pool was lovely to relax in after a day on the beach.

There are no block out blinds/curtains in the apartment, only sheer curtains, and therefore when the sun came up so did we. Also, there was only 1 bathroom in our apartment. It could really do with another one, especially if renting to a family of 5. I would replace the huge WIR and bath only in the master with an ensuite bathroom. The apartment could do with a BBQ on the verandah.

The kids loved the heated pool and spa. We have always stayed on Hastings St on all our previous stays in Noosa but Noosa Hill was a great location close enough to the hustle and bustle of Hasting St and also easy to escape the hustle and bustle of Hastings St. Also an easy walk to Noosa Village with all the restaurants (which were easier to get into without booking months in advance) and shops. We loved the IGA, which was very close, with its fabulous range. The apartment is well furnished, extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking anything. It, also, has high ceilings, lots of natural light and a smart TV in every room.

With views that were absolutely stunning, my family really enjoyed our stay and the perks of a executive penthouse apartment. The staff were very friendly and a maintenance issue was dealt with promptly.

Not much in the way of supplies eg toilet paper no tissues not much soap dishwashing liquid etc basic cooking and plates, cutlery and utensils one towel for a week . Lots of steps. Disability access difficult if required.

All the staff were extremely considerate and friendly to our changing circumstances, the shuttle driver Tom was really accommodating as our flight times changed and the receptionist Mel was always kind and warm towards us. The property itself was clean and minimalist coastal design of the layout, furniture and decor of the apartment was very aesthetically pleasing and the items and appliances were of high quality. The additions of beanbags on the balcony, accessibility to the pool as well as beautiful design of the entire complex made our stay really enjoyable.

Everything.😊 Staff were super friendly and gave us great recommendations for our trip. Location is perfect in between hastings st and the Junction with a short walk to either. Apartment (3 bedroom) was super comfy with plenty of room for our group and the view for sunset was beautiful. Would highly highly recommend for a stay in Noosa.

If I have to start nitpicking- had some issues with ants getting into food in the kitchen, was given the ant spray the next day from management. Still you had to keep the counters food free or they would come back.
