Could benefit from a bit of a refurbishment but having said that it’s spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. Definitely will be back.

There was some confusion with our booking - I booked two rooms at the same time on Booking.com in early December but I think one of our rooms had been given away when we checked in as check in took sooooo long and they kept asking us if we had booked one room that day. We checked in on time too. The rooms we got, whilst clean and slightly bigger, I suspect were not our original allocated rooms. Also, there was lots of long black hair on the floor in the bathroom. My husband and I both have short hair so it clearly wasn’t us!

Location and price. Also the fact that the parking and breakfast was included. It makes a difference. And the staff were fantastic. Very friendly. 😀

Fridge was not working properly and spoke to staff about this. Was rectified but only after we were out and no longer required the items to be cold so was disappointing. Pool area did show signs of some mould around the edges.

Great location for what we wanted... walked to Hotel for drinks and then on to the Gabba for the cricket. Clean, neat, pool was great temp, a good sized room and we had a wonderful view over the pool and towards the Story Bridge.

The shower head sent water all over the place and honestly it’s not that big of a deal but it drove me INSANE. Also, I would have liked to order breakfast but I missed out as it finishes at 10:30, so maybe some sort of all day menu for room service, if not extending breakfast hours.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Great view and not super outdated. Loved that the checkout was so late (12pm) and parking was included!

The bathroom facilities could use a little updating, but otherwise everything was great.

Loved the location in the city with quick access to restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and quiet and the view from the balcony was lovely. Room service was tasty, AC worked great, and internet was fast!

It was a shame that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for an extended break. The restaurant was only open for breakfast which was excellent so we will have to return to try the rest of the menu.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic being close to the city and the room had lovely views over the river. The pool was a fabulous spot to hang out in while the city sweltered in the heat. Added bonus was the poolside bar service.

Didn't have towels for swimming pool in the room, so expected to find them at the pool, but had to ask for them, as there were none and bin for old towels was overflowing. Bathrooms are dated.

The rooms and hotel are a little outdated and was quite quiet when we were there so not much atmosphere - felt like most people were staying for work not for leisure.

It’s a good location to walk to southbank.

First impressions are paramount. First thing I noticed was the state of bathroom door. Not only paint was missing g but the wood was peeling off. No a goodl look carpet need replacing.

Super comfy beds, really comfortable and spacious rooms. Really happy with our stay. Staff were very friendly and gifted us free coffee vouchers for the duration of our stay for my wifes birthday.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly. Room had everything we needed including mini bar. Bed was super comfy, shower had great water pressure. Bar and restaurant were fantastic. Will be back.
