Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe smallest bedroom had the water system in cupboard and was very noisy if anyone used water during the night Issues with noisy ceiling fan then electrician left air conditioner off. Fridge ice maker kept freezing up. The information sheet could have more detail. The information on booking.com a bit vague as didn't say pool was shared with the complex, the number of stairs up to it, tiny balcony, and how bathrooms were situated- ensuits and shared bathroom. Doesn't say it is the Mediterranean Had to ring the manager several times for information. ,(His off sider wasn't very helpful .)
A fabulous Penthouse but getting a bit tired. Would have been amazing 5yrs ago Great location Lovely pool Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Available for your pick up for tours. Great kitchen with everything you would ever need. Great for a large group of friends with expansive living area. Had an amazing time. Would recommend for a group of friends.

The beds are comfortable and configuration of beds was great for extended family vacation. The extras like games were great for the kids and pool was excellent.

This property is truly amazing. It is immaculate and has everything we needed for our stay. We loved the huge family and fully equipped kitchen area with ample space to either choose to sit comfortably and watch tv or relax in the more formal lounge area. Our teenagers loved having the pool table, which became our favorite family entertainment. The bar stools around the pool table allowed seats for easy viewing when not playing and we loved the mood lighting and piano . Our teenagers thought their bedrooms were great with en-suite or easily accessible bathrooms. We loved the pool, easy access to the beach and a short drive to the town .

Could not have asked for a more perfect place to host our friends for our Elopement in Port Douglas. This place was FANTASTIC. Great location, great facilities, a little slice of luxury in Port. Would not hesitate to book this place again and would highly recommend this over ANY of the hotels in PD.

AustraliaThere was nothing to dislike, more a "would have been good if" one bdrm didn't have a TV... was able to survive but could have been handy... with air-conditioning going, it did cool down a fair bit, few extra blankets would have been great... but again; survived... 😀 cause really when it's that warm who thinks "need blankets". Some found beds a bit firmer than they are used to, but never going to please every creature comfort 😀
Opening the front door was like opening your newly built house for the first time.... the excitement of going and seeing what room was yours, what rooms the others got and opening bathrooms to see what is in them... and then there is walking out to the kitchen/dining/living area..... WOW!!! We had to stand for a few minutes and take it all in. Everything we needed was right there, just had to add people, food and a drinks... created the most amazing holiday we've ever had! The pool was fantastic, great way to cool off and relax. And the location, seriously perfect.... Highly recommended for a holiday with family or friends!!

AustraliaWe thought the property was closer to town. A little too far to walk too often. Thankfully we had a car. The balcony was a bit noisy and also quite small considering all other areas were generous. We also thought we had all 6 bedrooms not just 5, so had to rent a studio apartment as well. Will monitor Booking.com more closely next time I use them.
There was plenty of room for all 3 generations to move around and enjoy the apartment. The pool got a workout from the grandkids, but unfortunately the spa did not work. They also enjoyed the piano and pool/table tennis table. All beds were comfortable and roomy. Lots of room to spread ourselves out. Cooking facilities also very good.
