There's no short-cut to Rooty Hill so it's a 20-minute walk from the station - though the exercise at least makes you feel like you belong with all the athletes...

Huge rooms - ours were both 4-bed rooms as it's all set up for teams - with large bathroom and TV and comfy beds. Reception staff were wonderful and cafe in the sports centre building next door great for breakfast coffees

It's no hotel. It is design for sporting groups so less creature comforts. Also bbqs were filthy.

Totally my mistake for not reading booking details thoroughly haha but got caught off guard needing to pay $100 holding bond on arrival even after payemtn for tokm had beem done prior, but was fully refundable straight away on check out so at least that part was easy and no hassles at all! Also minor details, but I had to go ask for cutlery and plates once we sat down to have our dinner and realised there were none in the room already! Would have been nice to have the teabags restocked too when they did a tidy up of room, got back that night and we only had one left and we both wanted a cuppa..But all in all 110% loved the place and will be booking there again next time we head to Sydney as it was fun, clean, fresh and just loved the different bright vibe of the place and parking was easy peasy!

The whole facility and the room was clean, fresh and modern.. I will definitely be staying here again without a doubt, exceeded expectations for the price, very fun and different! My daughter loved it too and can't wait to stay again and bring the rest of our family next time...

The light switch was hard to put off, as it went dim to bright , but couldn't work out how to switch light off. Found out next morning that a quick tap I n the switch puts them off. MAYBE some instructions would help. The sink was too low for us.

The matress protection was noisy when any one moved but was only a minor problem. The Cafe was alright but the staff do not talk to chef and our breakfast was warm at best not hotl as it should have been.

The room was also disability accessible, however one of the power points in the bathroom is placed in an awkward space making it hard for wheelchair uses to access independently if they wanted to dry or style hair

The location was great, staff were lovely, very easy check in and check out. The only thing missing is a microwave, this would make this stay more attractive in the future as we would definitely stay again. Great place to take the family as the grannies have loads they can do to stay active. Mc Donalds is a 5 minute walk. This was a different kind of place for us to stay, but we were very happy with it. The lady at Reception was very helpful and friendly & made sure we had everything we needed. The room with 4 single beds was great for us & beds were nice & comfortable. Having a microwave in the room was very good. It was nice to walk over to the cafe in the morning for a quiet coffee.
