My request for a downstairs room was not actioned, but I was able to change it at check-in. Still waiting for requested receipt to be emailed to me. Wi-Fi was unstable.

Spacious room with good facilities and comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was a welcome bonus.

The fridge. It was too small. It really needs a larger mire efficient fridge.

It was compact but well appointed. We love how we could pop next door to the pub for a meal. That certainly was very nice. The room was equipped with some kitchen facilities

I don't know if I missed it in paperwork or something but there didn't seem to be a wifi connection. A minor inconvenience though.

I thought the little breakfast items were a fantastic idea. We loved being able to go straight to dinner at the adjoining club and we found the staff were super helpful. The rooms aren't super modern, but they are super clean and very roomy. The added bonus of a washer and drier in each room really helped. I really have no negatives to say about our stay

The cleaners do a great job, looks lovely and all used items were replaced once used, eg drinks, tea, milk, breakfast. The cute little outdoor area is really wonderful

The air con didn’t get cold. Was cool but not cold. Had settings to cold and lower and still was slightly cool. Was tossing and turning awake from being hot all night.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was a lovely touch. Value for money, this hotel is amazing. It is an older style but spotlessly clean. The adjoining hotel and bar were a big plus as the weather wasn’t great.

Not a dislike just a suggestion, I would have liked the choice of a coffee pod machine coffee. I have stayed in motels with a cheaper nightly rate that have them so would be nice to see that upgrade here.

Best motel mattress and pillows I've encountered for a while made for a great night's sleep. Simple breakfast in our room made for an easy start to the day prior to attending our meetings.

Would be great if there was a way to use the pedestrian gate to the street behind. Also if the bistro was open later on a Friday night.

It’s central for our needs and easy to navigate. We are comfortable and feel at home. They have shears been extremely accommodating for our needs. Bistro and hotel is a big bonus.

Breakfast was included in room, but it was only a couple of bits of white bread to use in the toaster, a little tub of yogurt and a juice. There were a couple of small cereal packets on the counter and extra UHT milk (yuck) for it. It felt a bit minimal effort and reduced the overall positive impression rather than enhancing it.

Good size room and bathroom. Nice and quiet despite proximity to hotel and highway. Inclusion of a washer and drier was a bonus and would be most welcome on longer stays. Handy kitchenette. The Shamrock hotel next door has excellent food, but booking is recommended. They were really busy even on a weekday.
