Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The welcome from the lovely Courtney at Reception set the tone for our stay. She was wonderful 7 extremely helpful. The young man at the Restaurant was also great but unfortunately I didn't get his name . The balcony 7 view was an unexpected Bonus & I feel all Rooms have a view. The PoolArea is great & We had dinner at Coca Chu. Wonderful but make sure you book well ahead of time.

AustraliaI did not like " booking.com". I received no confirmation of my booking in an email it text...nothing...I had to phone the Reef the day before to confirm my booking existed. I have just retired and will be travelling a lot, but I will never ever use booking.com again.
When I made the booking, I was transferred a few times and I thought I was booking directly to the Reef hotel with the advertised breakfast included.. However when I got there they told me the booking was through booking.com and that I had booked some "budget" special and breakfast was NOT included. Why would a person travelling alone not book for breakfast? Doesn't make sense. So if I wanted breakfast, I would have to pay $50 each day. Not happy.

AustraliaUnfortunately we had a room on lvl 1 and it was very loud. The bar was right downstairs playing loud music until 10pm and my 6 year old and I had to put earphones in. Not good. And also Sunday morning 5:45am they started to vacuum and could hear everything.

AustraliaThe cleaning: cleaners were using the old used towels in the bathroom to clean up and dry out the glasses and cups which were supposed to be used for drinking purposes . We were shocked and disappointed and had to use the hot water in the kettle to sterilise our cups and glasses.
