The in house cleaning team never swept or vacuumed the floor of our accommodation once in the 5 nights we were staying there. It became quite dirty due to the sand being brought in from the lagoon. I would suggest a quick vacuum of the floors in future, for guests who stay longer than a couple of days.

The room was great on the top level and had separate sitting room, bed room and kitchen/lounge room. The location of the accommodation was a short stroll to 4 mile beach and a 10 min walk into the main town. The lagoon pool was fantastic and is the star of the resort! It was our favourite part and our daughter loved it.

Waiting 1 hr for a pre-booked set menu where only three tables (6 people total) were in the restaurant was unacceptable. Especially considering the Korean share plate only had a few items that needed to be cooked. Service that night was below average. Breakfast was included, but there was no love in the breakfast either - we thought the KO KO restaurant was a let-down - no value for the money. We had great meals elsewhere.

The pool was looking a little tired and was in need of freshening up but it was a good size and we used it many times.

This was our second stay and this time around the room was very good. Cushions on every chair including the patio chairs. Good size room with good Kitchen and equipment. The washing machine and drier were also very clean and useful.

That you didn't have a designated smoking area with chairs and shelter from the rain. Wouldn't have been a great look for people driving and walking past with smokers standing out the front of the hotel.

Awesome pool for little people to play and explore in. Fantastic location for exploring local town on foot and easy drive to local sites. Clean spacious apartment

We were little disappointed about check out hours since it was quite early. Also the elevators could use some TLC. Breakfast was a kind of basic. Staff where great and the chef cooked some fantastic omelettes, but the options of food were limited.

The rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is really good and the parking was very handy and easy to access.

It rained a lot, not your fault, but accessing the rooms from the rear, it's uncovered, and we got soaked!. Whoever designed the exit driveway from the garage wants sacking! Our poolside room was a highlight but not being able to lock the door from the outside was inconvenience when lounging by the pool or going for dinner

We loved the layout of the resort. It's fantastic. The pool is huge and deep. Being able to order food and drinks whilst poolside is great

We felt that they could have cleaned the beach area a lot more. They did not wash down the loungers at all during our stay. They did not clean the beach part of the pool of all the tree debris and left pool noodles and floaties in the pool all night. They said that we were getting an upgraded suite, but the upgrade consisted of construction work right in front of our suite. I would hardly call that an upgrade.

Pool lighting at night through the louvres made our room too bright to comfortably sleep. Blackout curtains would have made our stay 10/10

Helpful, friendly staff ensured our every need was met as well as being very informative of the area. Hotel was beautiful, loved the lagoon pool. Definitely felt very high end.

I have nothing negative to say about my experience

The pool and room was beautiful and the service of staff was amazing constantly everyone was so kinda abs hardworking and everything is walking distance so town is 5 minutes away and there are some amazing restaurants. Breakfast every day was worth it 100% and made life so much easier I had the French toast almost every single day

It was no toaster in the room, was no guest amenities like show cap or sanitary bag. Some water and wine glasses were not clean from the previous guests.

Restaurant staff were unwilling to sit us for a snack at 7pm on a Friday evening when only two tables were occupied. Staff member was rude, I felt this was poor performance for a 5 star property.

A strange smell came from one section of the caravan park next door along the walkway from rooms. The daily clean was a bit hit and miss.

Really well-located resort with lovely pool area. Decent sized room, ours with a spa bath on the balcony. Parking available in garage. Good breakfast and dinner options. Staff all very friendly and helpful

I would only have to say the one issue was the breakfast hot buffet was often cold and not replenished unless you asked. Often no orange juice or strawberries. I think the staff could be more mindful of making sure everything is replenished etc milk, juices . Where the cold fruits are I think this needs to be revamped as you are leaning over to get the fruits at the back and you have to be careful you're not spilling the juice over the cold meat and fruit in the front.

We liked the location. Walking distance to the town and 4 mile beach. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The pool was very nice. Our return flight home wasn't until late that day and checkout was at 10am. We were able to get a 11am checkout and able to use the pool, meals area and store our luggage there until we were to be picked up later in the day.

The room service was extremely slow and not the greatest menu to choose from, struggled with housekeeping due to our baby napping - tried to organise it around the nap time but housekeeping still kept missing us.

Loved the pool, very close into town and room was nice and large with good in room amenities.

Perfect pool for kids; with a beach and pool toys to keep them busy. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a 2 bedroom ground floor with pool access from our balcony. Just perfect!
