I liked everything about the property.

The property is wonderfully located about a 20 minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport costing about $28 in a taxi. The property is located right across the road from the beach. The apartment itself is stunning beautifully decorated with everything you require for your stay. The facilities on site are excellent. There is an outdoor 20 meter heated swimming pool which was ideal for the cool weather we experienced. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants making it an ideal getaway.

The location was wonderful, plenty of room for 4 adults. Clean and comfortable and we loved the little additional extras (like the funky teapot). So close to the resort facilities yet quiet and private. Would definitely book again! Thank you!

no washing machine avail - with 2 children this was disappointing of not being aware prior to arrival. Only packed enough to wash so had to use the sink

Only improvement suggestions I could think of are - a map / more detail on what you can/can't use in the main Peppers resort - a clothes rack for drying our clothes as it rained the whole week we were there (which is probably very atypical)

Amazing location, 3 minute walk to the beach. Only a 5-minute drive from Kingscliff centre, but you also have a small shop, bakery and a few restaurants in walking distance The apartment was very well equipped, modern kitchen, bathroom and stylish decor. They put in the effort to make it kid-friendly (from providing plastic plates/cups/cutlery to board games and boogie boards) Lovely shared facilities, with hot water jacuzzi and 20m long pool. Can also use the pool in the neighbouring Peppers resort

The unit was really spacious and comfortable. Alot of thought had gone into making our stay special, for example a beach bag was supplied for towels and water bottles. The pool area was just gorgeous and amenities were great. Couldn’t fault the management of our stay, thank you 😊

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. There was a broken glass on the kitchen bench, lip balm in a bedrooms carpet on arrival and just the overall cleanliness of mirrors, tiles etc could be improved for the owners who are paying for this service. The air con to the main room was ducted and as normal ducting goes into bedrooms, it was lacking a little on the hotter days. There was a tower fan to use but the noise of that for my partner kept him awake - ceiling fans would solve this issue, however I understand that comes at a cost. Cabs in the area are a long wait and the service is different, but hey it's a relaxed place so it kind of makes sense. We couldn't access the under ground parking due to height - 2.3m but the parking outside was quiet and safe (just didn't know that on the way down and was a bit stressed about where the jet ski would be safely kept and we took kayaks as well.)

The pool area is really lovely and everyone does tend to keep the sound down and respect each others time and space. Access to the beach is fantastic and we ate our way down the line of restaurants at Peppers over and over during our stay. Great food and the nearby gym was pricey, however it makes you feel good and added use of the Mg pool, ice baths and showers etc once you are done makes it more value for money. The jeweller - soul and ice was a superb man who spent a great amount of time talking to us about gems and jewellery, whilst showing off some stones he had. Great experience and fantastic jewellery by the jeweler himself.

The location was perfect for a young family. Parking is so close to the room, the pool is just outside and the beach and playground are only a short walk away. The room was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the extra things like the beach towels and beach toys were very much appreciated. We will definitely be back!!!

I found the key system and finding the keys hard to navigate - if it hadn’t been for the fabulous staff I think I’d have ended up sleeping in my car. So many helpful people!!!
