Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location very close to the shopping center and also hospital . It’s a quiet neighborhood but being close to the hospital the noise from the ambulances can be a bit disturbing

Loved the couple staff, especially Pam, very warm hearted and generous person. Also the location was convenient and close to everything one could want or need. The beds were very comfortable and clean. You could buy food and cook it yourself (if desired) in a home like kitchen, which is economical for longer stays. Also the pleasant view of nearby parkland was tranquil. Beautiful birdsong 6.15am on Sunday, what a great way to start the day.

Having undercover parking was a really good feature. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of shopping (food and general) was close, easy to get to. There were enough nice cafes and eateries around the area, that it was easy to go out for a meal. Easy to get into the central part of Brisbane CBD.

Ideal location in terms of it being next to a shopping mall and a few eateries. Staff were friendly and helped us where we needed assistance. This is very ideal for those looking for an accommodation in proximity to Brisbane CBD with free private and secured parking which was amazing as I had a hire car during my stay.
