The only thing to fault was the hot plate in the kitchenette were seriously corroded. Need to be replaced.

Location is excellent. Studio rooms are very comfortable and well equipped for an easy stay. We chose the sea view rooms and even though the weather was a bit wet and cold the view was still lovely

Prior to arriving we received an email notifying us there would be a charge for the cot, which we happily accepted. When we arrived, the cot was not in the room so when we left to go for a walk I stopped by and advised reception that the cot was still not there. She assured us it would be set up whilst we were out, however when we returned it was still not there. We then rang reception and was told someone would bring it up soon. We waited and still it didnt get brought up so we rang again and had to firmly ask for it to be brought up immediately. The receptionist bought it up and dropped it at the door. We didnt mind setting it up, however if you charge an additional cost it would be nice to not have to chase it.

Great location. Room was lovely and spacious and convenient to have 2 bathrooms, especially when our Daughter was asleep upstairs. Overall a good stay and, friendly staff.

The door handle to the bathroom was abit hard to twist open/close and the door wouldnt close properly unless you gave it a good push. Minor issue but others may find it a problem. Not a fan of the shower over bathtub layout. My husband is 6ft and he found it abit of an issue height wise. Other than that, the room has your everyday basics but i love how our room was clean & tidy.

Great effort with the cleaning of the room and kitchenette was clean tidy and so well equipped. Cleaner did well. Was definitely noticed. Amazing location. We found free parking next to Nesuto opposite the oaks. Many restaurants surrounding. Lovely sea view from studio balcony room 523.

The bathroom was quite dated but it didn’t bother us too much.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave easy directions how to get to our next destination.

Fire alarm around 5pm.....we were told by permanent residents that they occur every few weeks and often late at night Parked car in hotel carpark (something dripped on it in the night from overhead pipes...had to clean off). Council free carpark opposite.....we thought we were being smart paying for hotel carpark for safety reasons but maybe not 😞

I was slightly disappointed with the cot being extra charge. It was just a portacot with no mattress base. My baby refused to sleep in it so that was a waste of money.

Apartment seemed newly renovated which was a plus sign for us. View was great as well as location.

Proximity to water and waterfront. The Studio apartment was well appointed. It had everything we needed to stay in comfort for a short stay. Kitchenette was very well equipped.

Better signage would be helpful to navigate your way to and from the hotel carpark from the rooms.

Pool was freezing this time.

The spra was nice and warm, but this time the pool was freezing. I don't think the heat was on this time, I have been her 3 times now. The other 2 times the pool was nice and warm. But I still love all the facilities, where it's located nice and close to everything.

Card system needs to be looked at. 2 identical cards, one only operates the carpark the other only operates the elevator and room. Need separate marking.

Location was great, walking distance to everything The Entrance has to offer. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The weather…..aside from day one it rained every day! But what can you do? We had a great time in spute of the rain.

The bed was excellent and the view was exceptional! Reception was okay, could’ve been a little more accommodating but no real issues. And we’d have liked more coffee!

i did not like i checked in late, about 8pm ? i have stayed in at least 25 places in australia in the last months, everyone offers me late check out, so im used to it i asked, is it possible to stay past 10 am since im checking in later, he said no, there would be a 20 AUD / hour charge that just rubbed me the wrong way. I then asked where to park, that is 20 AUD as well, not a good start, but then he said its free across the street so that is fine- i undestand its not his doing and i guess upper management but bad business, i would have stayed longer but i do not like policies like that

the apartment was fine, large, quiet, ( i did not cars from the parking garage across ) clean, washing machine the man at the desk showed me the room before i paid , that was nice so i could make sure all was good
