Upon leaving a $25 fee was taken from our credit card without us being notified of the reason. After enquiring, we were told this was for an extra rubbish removal fee- when we explained we had left the beers in the fridge as a tip for the staff this fee was immediately refunded and the manager was extremely apologetic, which turned a sour end note into a much more positive result! :)

The location, pool and view were the best parts of our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly fixing the remote control for our room as soon as we asked them about it not working.

The aircon didn't work in our room. Unfortunately the kitchen utensils and cutlery were a bit yuck. Bed uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress.

view to the water was spectacular and peaceful. The location was convenient to take a casual walk to Hastings Street and the Beach. The pool was crystal clean. The patio was wonderful to enjoy while having breakfast.

Upon entering the unit there was a very strong smell of garlic which didn't go away for the time we were there.

Unit was nice and close to the pool, beds and couch very comfortable.

As it was a humid and very hot night on arrival were disappointed that the bedrooms were not air conditioned. The air conditioning in the lounge room does not reach the bedrooms. Our dishwasher did not work, and due to this, we had a terrible odour. The maintenance man was unable to repair it, so we had no dishwasher for 5 nights. A holiday is about not having to wash up. Especially at $500 per night. Three light globes were not working also, so lighting was bad. We did report it but not address it.

The apartment was stunning. As we entered we were so impressed. Five star all the way.

The bedrooms facing a busy road were double glazed to reduce road noise however with no bedroom aircon, were very hot when using this feature

Access to rooms is through the basement which is a little annoying. very basic amenities, so plan to add more into your shop if you’re staying more than a couple of days. Bathrooms are a little tired, but functional. No coat hangers and also the linen was a bit sandpaper like - very minor things!

Good location if you have a car! Big rooms, very comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and river. Decent kitchens with everything you could need. Was perfect for us!

Air con needs to be in bedrooms as location of the only air con was in main living area and it took a long time to get rooms cool enough to sleep

Cooker was not cleaned from previous occupier. Grease and foil still there. But that was all. Probably a genuine mistake.

The view was as advertised. Lovely view of the river with pool.

The kitchen could have been cleaner and mentioned this on check-out. Dishwasher, cooker, fridge and dishes generally were fine but felt they were short of mugs for a 2 bedroom apartment.

The view was lovely and the stay was restful. The location was close to a restaurant and shop for last minute items or bookings, which meant not too far to travel. The walk to Hastings Street was about 20mins. The pool was nice but overcast and rainy weather meant the times we had to use it were limited.

Great view from the balcony of the room that backed on to the river. Reasonably spacious apartment between the marina area and the main restaurants, town & beach - not too far from either though 15 minutes walk.

It was quite dated. Lots of things were broken. Missing bulb in the bedroom lamp and only 1 lamp, informed receptionist who said she knew and it was going to be done which didn’t help us at check out.

Unfortunately the double bed in the main bedroom was terribly uncomfortable, as it bounced anytime my husband or I moved even slightly, making it impossible to sleep. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch the entire stay.

The property was lovely— the pool and outdoor amenities were wonderful, and the location was excellent being close to Hastings and the river.

The bedrooms could have been air conditioned was hot to sleep at nights in the rooms.

The hosts were fantastic and friendly and quick to resolve our concerns.

Beds were OK- the double bed was a small bed for the main bedroom. The bathroom door where the shower was had no working lock. This was really surprising for such an apartment. There were no fans in the shower or separate toilet. The inbuilt cupboard needed repair (this was the one in second bedroom)- the ceiling part in the cupboard appeared rotten and had fallen down. Shutter blinds did not fully block out the morning light. Otherwise we had a great stay but it seemed quite expensive for such an apartment that had the issues that I have highlighted. It was supposedly an apartment that had been upgraded, yet this did not seem to be the case. I had asked the receptionist if we could hire the kayaks on day 2 of our stay and she never contacted be back despite my asking twice. Kitchen well stocked, except the fry pans were not 100% clean and the larger one basically needs to be replaced- i doubt anyone would ever cook using it, so we only used the smaller ones.
