Home from home! Comfortable room, everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and handy for making yourself dinner. There’s also cereal, tea/coffee provided in the morning which is nice. Lots of fantastic information regarding Blue Mountains. Plenty of on street parking if you’re arriving by car.

The walk from the train station is short but rather tiring if you carry a suitcase. Keep in mind that the luggage storage costs $20 at the hostel if you want to leave your luggage after 1 pm. Dorm room n. 7 (facing the street) can be noisy, but a pair of earplugs solve the issue. The smoking area is right around the corner from room 7, so you don't get much the chance to change air in the room if someone is smoking. The bathroom can get cold, the heaters were not helping while I was there in September.

You can tell how much the staff strives to keep the hostel simply perfect. Very friendly and hardworking people. I wish I could have stayed longer. The cake and cookies for a donation are great for breakfast. Cereals, milk, tea and coffee are also available free of charge. Extremely clean and well organised. Amazingly comfortable bed. You can get incredibly good nights of sleep. Handy kitchen and bathroom facilities. You even get a hair diffuser! Never seen it in a hostel. Also a bathroom scale is available for use. Washing machine and dryer for an extra charge. The towel is provided free of charge, the bed is already made with duvet and there are also lockers available in the dorm. On Sunday the checkout time is 11 am!

Its a cozy decorated hostel. The hiking tracks are closeby to explore the beautifull mountains.

Happy with the shared bathroom, but didn't like the multi-use bathmats. As well as providing individual towels, individual bathmats should also be provided to avoid concerns over tinea etc.

Very spacious, common areas were well equipped and comfortable. Loved the milk being provided and having my own container in the fridge.

One night stopover when hiking in the blue mountains. Loved the contactless entry options so didn't need to work around reception hours. Clear communication on how it all worked. Well organised, would happily stay again!

I thought the facilities were excellent. I chose to stay in the dormitory room and it was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The kitchen, living areas and amenities were clean and ample.

The only downer was the walls were paper thin, could hear people snoring in the room next to me and all their conversations.

Lovel St was so cozy!! Great location. I loved the set up of the hostel, the shared facilities were awesome (especially the heaters in the bathroom) and the beds were comfy. I can imagine the wrap-around verandah is beautiful in summer. Pretty cool that it's contactless check in/out which made it super easy. Would definitely be back.

The kitchen is quite small - I suggest only cooking simple, quick meals as it is very annoying when fellow guests are using lots of space and lots of pots and pans etc.

Clean room with lovely big single beds, gorgeous furnishings and a great vibe. Shared bathroom facilities were excellent, with lovely warm showers. Social spaces were great for meeting people.

Wifi can't be used in the room.

Heater provided in room. Free conflakes, oatmeals and milks are provided for breakfast. Lovely and comfort environment. Helpful staff. Will choose to stay here again on my next visit to Blue Mountain.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay here - it was super clean and homely and warm and cozy and pretty. Everything was very organised and labelled and instructions so easy to follow. very impressed!
