I didn't sleep well on the first night. Neighbouring guests were so loud. They were outside their tent and talking loudly until almost 11pm. Please make note of this in your rules for guests to observe silence past 9pm as other guests would like to have a rest at this time of the night.

I love the breakfast served. The room was perfect for couple. Not over populated.

Bedside lamps too low. Wife whacked her head on a couple of occasions. Shame there was a power surge which shorted out the bore pump in the hot springs.

Bed was super comfy. Wine barrel hot tubs at the clamping tents great idea and relaxing.

We ordered the vegan breakfast and it wasn't very impressive. There were a couple of slices of bread and fruit. I wish the jam was better, and the honey (which isn't vegan) was replaced with peanut or almond butter. I think the menu needs a bit more consideration for vegetarian/vegan options.

The place is beautiful. The hot springs are well maintained. It was a really great experience. The shower was warm and had good pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We also loved the sauna and cold plunge.

Beeping alarm sounds from split system throughout the night. Told front desk in the morning and she couldn’t have been less concerned- only said- even when it’s turned off??? Of course I don’t know - it’s 1 degree overnight in that tent ! 🥶Freezing without the heater. Organising dinner was a challenge as only one place I found open in metung. Midweek in the country! Ps :pack Wine.

Glamping Tent. Expect a tent with ensuite. No Tv which for me was fine. Super comfy Bed, lovely outlook upon creek , private hot tub was divine. Unfortunately no warming milk frother provided for the coffee pod machine. Book a massage with Angie- amazing!

As older people we find Lagoon no 4 on the water a little hard with all the stairs Its not a complaint just wasn't aware of the steps

we went on a Friday and it was so lovely and quiet, we often had pools or the sauna to ourselves as well as our private barrels, which made us feel like we were on a private retreat. the property is quite obviously still under development but it didn’t feel like that from the sections that are open, and noise was not an issue. it’s small but without a crowd was just perfect.

The pools were really busy, especially with the small kids, using as a normal swimming pool. maybe there should be a separate one for small kids. The temperature in the pools were not that hot enough. Maybe needs to be amped up a little bit especially during colder days The price was bit on the higher side but what we were given was exceptional.

The Glamping was exceptional, the bed was awesome, the facilities were just so great. The bath barrels were a great addition to the Glamping. Absolutely loved it. The herbal body washes were great and complimented our hot spring experience. The pools were adequate but the sauna was the best. A great addition was the gift package and the welcome drink and box of food to munch on. We really enjoyed our stay and made the most of the pools especially early in the morning before check out. The breakfast was really delicious and made from the fresh ingredients. Really catered well. Will definitely come back and recommend this to others.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly and accommodating! Facilities were expectational, loved the bathing barrels overlooking the water. Spa treatment was 5 star, highly recommend a treatment. Staff at the country club were also fabulous.

Had to go to nearby golf club for breakfast (which was delicious). Didn't mind going there for dinner, but having to go there for breakfast cuts into your morning time before checkout and kind of kills the vibe, especially as there is a delightful place to eat in the room itself, and an open terrace area on site.

Beautiful room and landscaping. Outdoor pools clean and nicely shaded. Private barrels fun and a great idea. Very relaxing.

For the price I paid, there were no meal facilities, we had problems with our bathing barrel, and some of the things offered were not honored ... Mosquitos were a problem maybe some mozzie zappers

The location is amazing. The pools are a wonderful experience and very invigorating. The glamping package overall was an awesome experience.
