Great location close to public transport. The apartment was small but adequate for my needs. Modern clean and had a lovely view of the river. Enjoyed my visit and I would definitely stay there again.

Had trouble ordering food delivery as there are multiple Meriton complexes. Could highlight that they are 180B to help with that.

The only thing that I don't like is that reception is on the 4th floor, which is confusing for first-time guests because it is not clear how to find reception as there are no clear instructions on entry to the building on the ground floor and I didn't see any staff at the entrance to assist guests on any day of my 3 day stay.

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and this is my second review, with the first being written while the building was still under construction. The review I am writing now is after the construction work was completed. I can't fault this facility as it has everything required for a self-contained apartment rather than a hotel room. The balcony is safe with lots of fresh air but is enclosed enough to shelter from the elements. The location is close to public transport with a 10 minute walk to Parramatta train station and 3 minute walk to Parramatta ferry wharf. The ground floor of the building is next to a supermarket where you can purchase any food item that you might want. There are restaurants nearby for those who wish to eat out.

When we first walked in it wasn’t clean the floor was sticky and the tables were dirty . The lifts were very slow to pick up .

The staff in the lobby weren’t all that friendly, I don’t expect a lot. Parking is non existent at the property. Wilson’s nearby actuality cost less than what the Meriton offered. Not sure why an air filtration machine was sitting in the middle of the lounge room, I did call the front desk though after whining a few minutes no one answered.

The room was nice, very clean. I liked the location as it was close but not too close to the main attractions of Parramatta so it wasn’t too loud and congested. The Metro Woolworths downstairs was convenient

room cleaning not upto the mark. Room was not fully cleaned before we checked in, replacement of soaps shampoos not adequate, some minor plumbing issues as well.
