We did not like not being able to stay longer🤡

Helen and Allan were wonderful hosts who escorted us on some of the very interesting bush walks on their 30 hectare property. They were so accommodating. Coupled with the excellent general facilities this made Meriba our best ever B&B stay. We are pretty discriminating and do not make these comments lightly. The multi-faceted, extensive gardens were also a highlight. The early checkin gave us a great opportunity to enjoy the property to fullest advantage. We will be back at the earliest opportunity.

    Nothing comes to mind.

Idyllic location, along a country track off a main road, but easily accessible in our small car. Set a few minutes out of the charming town of Bundanoon, a family favourite, so ideal getaway!

No complaints! Just be aware that access is by gravel track, so be cautious if not driving an SUV.

Excellent customer service and lovely management. Facilities were modern and comfortable.

Although it was our first time at Meriba B and B, it felt like we were visiting friends. The place is all on its own next to the forest, very quiet. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast lovely. Outdoors flowering bushes, lemon trees and chooks gave a feeling of a country retreat. Helen and Allan are great hosts.

It was so peaceful there listening to the birds in the morning. The Brekky was great. The highlight was the private sitting room with a wood fire, the comfy bed and the bath. I loved my stay and left very peaceful and joyful. Oh and the beautiful garden!!!

I was disturbed to hear the resident dog has attacked on numerous occasions the native wildlife. This is sad when the owners know their home is in the closest proximity to a wildlife refuge. Globally native wildlife are being pushed into smaller fragments of habitat and we are losing species at an alarming rate. I hope the dog can be controlled and that the hosts embrace the native values around them. Sharing this knowledge would also be valuable to future guests. The they are really lovely warm and relaxed people.

I loved it being in a natural setting and being surrounded by National Park.

We loved our stay with Alan and Helen. They are such wonderful hosts. The breakfast is exceptional, quality produce, cooked beautifully. Loved the heated bathroom floor and enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire. Our hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and gave us some great suggestions. We stayed 3 nights and felt we could have stayed longer as there is so much to see/do in the area, especially if you love walking.

    Nothing!

Beautiful, quiet garden setting in the forest. Delightful and attentive hosts, with Helen providing a pot of tea on arrival. Very cosy room with full bathroom off a shared sitting room with log fire. A couple was staying in the other suite so I was lucky to have charming company in the guest 'snug' that evening. Alan cooked an excellent breakfast which I enjoyed in the art-filled breakfast room together with the well-behaved canine co-hosts. He then offered to defrost the windscreen before I set off. If I hadn't had a big trip ahead I would have enjoyed a stroll in the gardens or nearby national park.

Perfect breakfast with lovely company. Best bircher muesli we’ve tasted. Very comfortable and homely spaces to relax and have meals. Wood fire kept us cosy and toasty in the evening. The underfloor heating in bathroom was pure luxury!
