My only complaint is that the internet service was spotty to non-existent. Maybe it was my room location but I had a lot of trouble consistently connecting. I had options at the uni so I didn't pursue it while I was there, although I'm sure they would have tried to help because they were very helpful all around. This is an older property but it has everything one needs as a place to work and sleep and cook as needed.

The location is excellent - esp. if you have business at University of Adelaide or South Australia Uni. Everything is nearby, walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a bit old but clean and shower had hot water and good pressure. Full and well-equipped kitchen.

-Aircon outdated and hard to heat bedroom. -0430 every morning there was machinery outside bedroom. -could not use bedroom cupboard shelves without removing bedside table from room -microvave difficult to use as oven or grill . Need instructions.

It could be little noisy through the night but that isn’t any fault of the accommodation.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for 5 days. The apartment had a lovely art deco style and lots of storage in the bedroom. We even received an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment from a studio which was lovely. The apartment had a little balcony that you could sit out at. The location was perfect for exploring Adelaide and the staff were helpful.

I couldn’t fault it!

It was extremely convenient for me to get to the university and Rundal mall for shopping. It was easy to find and secure. There were some lovely chocolates on the side of the bed which were a lovely touch.

Location could not be better, it is close to all the places I needed to be at. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, the bed was so comfortable!

The room above we could clearly hear them walking around in there apartments, however couldn't hear voices or noise, at time on Saturday we could hear clearly people in Alley way due to non double glaze windows

It was a little cold in the bedroom & with only single pane windows some of the outside traffic noise was very audible (mostly in the earlier hours of the morning).

Spacious & exceptionally clean & comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed for a few days in the city, it certainly helped cut down the food expenses as Woolies & Coles are both only 5mins away. An extra blanket made all the difference as it was cooler while I was there. All the furniture was so comfortable & glass tops on the table tops took away the fear of an accidental scratch or mark. It is such a great location within the city, so close to bus & tram stops but also within walking distance of so many attractions, venues, shops & eateries. I loved the level of security provided with key fob requirements for entering the building, as a solo lady traveller that was an important aspect. The staff were so friendly & accommodating, Kevin made sure I had clear instructions for my late check-in & provided all the numbers should I run into difficulties. Without doubt I would stay there again.

Parking was across the road in Parking station and a bit expensive. Also we stayed for five nights and the rooms were not serviced with fresh towels or replacement of teas coffee etc. No staff available on weekends.

Location was excellent. Able to walking around the city easily. We upgraded to an Executive apartment with balcony which was very comfortable. Beautifully furnished. Would probably stay there again.

Everything was excellent, they provide you with everything that you need. Their rooms are very clean and tidy and they are very close to everything. The Manager Kevin is fantastic, he has great customer service and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will definitely recommend this place for everyone who are looking for a place to stay in Adelaide.

Around the corner from Rundal mall quite literally. Little street noise in the morning as the street is cleaned. Did have some building work going on next door on our last day ...We had a Order style room,but I'm sure once all upgrades are done it be awesome... Car parking across the way... Staff helpful oh a laundry room on top floor...

The apartment was very dark inside which was good for the heat (it was 38-40C each day) but just a bit dark that we had to put the lights on. Not a big issue at all but thought to mention it in case it is a deal breaker for others.

The hotel is perfectly located for access to Botanic Park, shopping and university districts, and great cafe's close by too. The 1 bed apartment was a great size, the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast so we didn't have to eat out every single meal. Kevin in reception was super lovely.

Great place to stay! Centrally located, clean and well appointed. Rooms were a generous size. The staff were friendly and helpful.
