Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Here is their review: "The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to help us. The female receptionist, in particular, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Management was outstanding, attending to every detail. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit."

AustraliaUnfortunately parking is an issue, you need to vacate the property to access your vehicle. There wasn’t much of a view from our balcony, it was directly facing the side of another building.
The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect easily accessible to shops and nearby parks.

AustraliaThe only drawback really was that we had to carry our heavy suitcases down a short flight of stairs but Kevin had volunteered to help us if needed (we're in our 70's). We did manage with the bags. As stated above, the early morning noise was our only drawback but it didn't interfere with our loving our stay.
From checking into Mansions, Kevin was very approachable and accommodated our requests. Our room exceeded our expectations - the only drawback was a bit of early morning noise with a street sweeper but that didn't last overly long plus the occasional ambulance with sirens. The outside road was a main thoroughfare so a bit of noise was expected. We loved the Art Deco feel to the apartment and the layout and fittings were exceptional. We were located about in the centre of the block between Rundle Mall and North Terrace so such easy walking distance to anything we might need - transport or shopping. Two stops on the tram to the Adelaide Railway Station which was very handy.

AustraliaBedroom has no heating and it was freezing. Our baby couldn't sleep in her cot because it was just too cold. A fan or something in lounge to push the heat would be great. Internet very slow. Gate on front door was extremely slow and feels a bit of a safety risk.
Great location and close to good parking. Couldn't be closer to Rundle mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable and lounge had all facilities needed. Would definitely stay again.

AustraliaThe location is ideal on one side of Rundle Mall and is quiet at night as pubs and restaurants are on the other side of Rundle Mall. 8 minute walk from the Adelaide Convention Centre and railway station - Adelaide CBD is small and easily walkable anyway. The room was very spacious with queen bed, dining table, couch, TV/TV stand and a study desk, and the kitchen had plates, cutlery, tea cups, glasses, stove (which I didn't use), kettle, microwave and fridge. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. The room I stayed in had an air conditioning unit beside the bed. Lots of wardrobe space. Bathroom was clean and reasonably sided. Washing machine and dryer available on upper floor, but require four $1 coins to operate each. There is a Mr Suds laundromat about 3 minutes walk away if you have larger loads or don't have coins.

New ZealandMy stay was in winter, so I expected it to be colder but the AC/heating unit was pretty much useless, it made a lot of noise, was behind curtains in a bay window and did not actually heat the apartment. I had to wear a down jacket in the evenings, not ideal. Fix this and the place is just great.
I was in town for two conferences, Mansions was an ideal location to access the conference centre and all that central Adelaide offers in very easy walking distance. Shops, cafes, eateries and attractions were all really close by. The apartment was spacious, well kitted, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a longer stay. The staff were really helpful and welcoming.
