There was no faulting the property.

We stayed for one night. On arrival we were greeted by the very welcoming and helpful host. She spent time, letting us know where we could eat and find an easy walk to the beach. The cabin is right on the waters edge. we were able to watch the swans from our back porch or walk just metres to the waterside for a closer look. This was very relaxing after a long drive.

Had a fantastic stay! Beautiful garden, sheltered balcony with direct lake access from the front lawn! Watched the sunset with a cup of tea and milk that was provided, and everything was so clean and linens well provided. Would stay here if I visited again without a doubt!

Peace & quiet by the lake watching black swans & their babies. The place is set up for comfort with sheltered outdoor area with view amongst beautiful gardens & potted plants. Comfy recliners in a separate living area. Perfect chill out place.

The location was superb. Watching the swans gliding on the lake with signets in tow is just so relaxing. The tranquillity, the peace and quiet. Being able to enjoy a well earned vacation in the serenity of our cottage and its wonderful surroundings.

it would have been helpful to have coffee for the coffee plunger, more cutlery and crockery. it should have clear signage at our cottage (no 10) that it was not the office and a sign pointing to where the office actually is. Four people knocked at my door looking for accommodation because we were in the first cabin.

These well appointed and immaculately maintained units totally exceeded expectations and made for an extremely peasant stay. A lounge with super comfy recliner chairs, kitchen/ dining room and bedroom...3 rooms, a bathroom and a verandah with waterfront views. Comfortable walking distance from amenities, and yet in a quiet street. Our friendly host was able to share the best of local attractions. We will certainly be booking a longer stay at some future tine!!

I can’t think of anything

When searching for the overnight stay I was specifically looking for a quiet location away from the main road, which is difficult to find in lakes entrance. What I didn’t expect was a front row view of a black swan nesting site, with the waterway seen from the verandah. The little cottage is superb. Much better than a motel room and a shared car park. In the morning, we had a very relaxing walk along the water and breakfast on the deck! Loved this place and have posted to our friends. Thanks to Gillian and Peter for setting up this special place.

The host was friendly and she had put the heater on for our arrival . Location of the cottage was super beautiful , with a lake view and a neatly kept garden from the bedroom . Kitchen was large with all the essentials including an oven . T.V. room had recliners and a heater . A lovely board walk and along the lake takes you to the nearby marina and the restaurants. Can recommend to anyone for a peaceful holiday .

Location was only about 100 metres from the water. It was very quiet. Hosts were great. Bed was very comfortable. Patio was a wonderful spot to sit and relax.

Nothing really. We were well satisfied. For those staying longer, there is no washing machine or dish washer.

A quaint, cosy, cottage located on the water's edge of Cunningham Arm. Lovely view from enclosed verandah over a beautiful garden. The cottage and furnishings are older style but tasteful and practical. Very clean and quiet with helpful owner. 25 min walk or a few minutes drive into the centre of the town. Aircon and hearting installed, wiFi, Large smart TV.
