We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaI wish there was a room service option. I also think it's a bit not great to have notes on the wall asking us to take out our rubbish when we leave and wash the dishes etc. It's not an airbnb - and in fact that kind of thing is the reason people don't like using airbnb's anymore. We absolutely like to leave a clean place, but I would have thought leaving rubbish in the bin would have been enough. When you call yourself a resort, the expectation to do cleaning at the end other than just leaving the place tidy, felt a bit icky.

The best part was the view which was amazing. Loved watching all the birds in the waterway opposite. The pool was lovely and the room was pretty good for the price. Bed was very comfortable and had good blinds to block out the light on the windows. Everything you needed in the kitchen

Sea view with good access to walking trails. Large well appointed apartment. Very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable beds and easily accessible for all family members with lifts and stairs. Good size carpark. Take an early morning stroll to the surf club for great coffee and breakfast with a view of lady bay and the horses swimming

AustraliaNo aircon in bedroom, which in January is not ideal. Only limited supplies provided for dishes, rubbish etc. - you can get more from reception, however as we were there for 10 days, would have been nice to be fully stocked. Having stayed here many times, the rooms are starting to look dated.
The overall size of the room is great. The Kitchen and laundry facilities are excellent, and good for an extended stay. Location to everything is ideal.
