We liked everything.

Beautiful, tranquil surroundings, nature at its best. Quiet, tidy. Good value for the money we paid. Nice comfortable bed. We liked so much we extended our stay for 1 more night.

The park allows campers and caravaners to have open fires and every second camper had a fire going. If you are going to stay during the cooler months be prepared for the smoke. The cabins are aging and not very well sound proofed. We had a caravan behind us that kept us awake most of the night with loud, 'full of piss' talking. Would not stay again.

The park is in a great location, right on the water. Good walks around the area.

Didn’t like the fact that my cabin was given to someone else. That I.D wasn’t checked to prove who we are on arrival. Told i was given an upgrade only it wasn’t an upgrade. The cabin felt dirty & the lounges had were not cleaned at all. Putt putt wasn’t even available to use.

The cabin had a cockroach problem, there where cockroaches in the bunk beds when my sister when to put her son to bed! and there was no towels left in the main bedroom, only in the room with the bunks

We stayed in the 4 bedroom lodge. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean. There was rubbish on the lounge when we entered. The air-conditioning did not work properly even though we had it running from the early morning. It was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep during the very hot days. It was horrible in the main cabin and there was an ant infestation throughout our stay.

- water hammer. Couldn’t use taps without putting them on with gushing water to stop. Loud. - Ceiling fan only has one speed to bedroom - Ceiling fan in living the light doesn’t work - Floor under shower enclosure is rotting and feels as though you are going to fall through when standing in shower - from the above… due to weakening support to the shower there is cracking to the fibreglass enclosure, when filling for child bath, was bubbling from crack indicating it’s through thickness. - Rangehood to oven is hopeless. Doesn’t do anything. Fan doesn’t really do anything - Expensive for what you get - Bedroom door can’t be left only small bit open… not hung correctly and binds on the hinges so swings all the way open. goes for all doors… - Expect a bbq on the balcony for what you pay - Wi-Fi poor - cleanliness, bedroom had dirt which looks like it was coming from the ceiling… - due to stainless steel pans everything just burned… couldn’t stop smoke alarm without removing it! - path light doesn’t work - putt putt needs some TLC. - floors were still dirty on arrival - TV reception poor

Dirty, I had to clean the room to make it usable. Mould everywhere, external being disgusting. Deck had dangerous gaps and mould everywhere Timber rotting and falling apart to external stairs and door trims. Bbq was filthy Plumbing coming apart in the kitchen. Dryer didn't work. Couldn't let my children be outside the unit due to the unsafe stairs and black mould to exterior of cabin. Broken shells to the bottom of the pool steps Play ground is rusty. Tennis court net falling apart Dock is being held together with tape.

Nothing, The park was disgusting. We left a night early due to safety concerns with black mould and rotting timber. The room was filthy dirty and had to be cleaned before we could get comfy. Park facilities were deplorable. Wood rot everywhere and just poorly kept. Even the kitchen sink fell apart when used. Really regretting wasting our money and don't understand how this park is still running. Will be using pictures and videos of the whole ordeal to hopefully obtain a refund.

Very noisey till very late 3am and you could hear kids playing and tv didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it
