The fact I paid for spa and it didn't work,there were 2 shutters on living room that were broken and missing and bathroom was dusty,exhaust fan was so clogged I don't think it even worked properly....will not be staying here again

Lack of a proper shower. Needed a deep clean - eg sliding door runners , skirting boards. Light directly outside bedroom window and use of shutter blinds meant unable to darken the room for sleep.

Check in / out process. Staff very responsive to queries and request for assistance.

Only thing I didn’t like was the light on all night outside the door and because the door is glass it lights up the whole room.

Well I work in Home care, domestics, and personal care and the one thing I did notice is the cleanliness could have been a little better, it wasnt disgusting but could be better. Thinking about the toilet brush cleaner I would like to suggest that the toilet brush cleaner should be cleaned everytime prior to a new resident, I did have someone elses poop, floating in my toilet when it was first used, yep that was probably the worst, a few small other things, maybe give the sofa bed a little brush over and wipe down before closing it up. Just a few hints and suggestions nothing too serious but worth paying attention too. Oh forgot to mention around our villa there wer many cigarette butts, maybe provide a disposal tray for the butts.

It was very well supplied for crockery, Cutlery, needs a chopping board and a dish drainer other than that it would be a good addition to the kitchen accessories. the location which is close to amenities was great, the pub shopping, alternate eating places, convenience all great

We arrived and there was red bins at the bottom of the building near the stairs overflowing with rubbish that was smelly and full of flies. The pull out couch was not out when we arrived although we had asked to have this ready. the Pull out couch bed was also very uncomfortable, the frame was very bowed and lacked structure when laying on it. Knives were not sharp and could barely cut through chicken or veggies.

Main Bed was awesome, super comfortable and spacious, bathroom was massive and had lots of room available. kitchen was of great size and a full size fridge/freezer that was clean.

Not sure if there was a curtain missing at our front door, that could have stopped the lights shining into the rooms the entire night?

the light switch in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall, the toilet didn’t always flush , staff wasn’t that best and pillows are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on as they are hard as a rock

The bedroom was so that small that the bed was against the wall which made it hard for one person to get up during the night . we had to be moved as the key pad on the first room we were in was not working, and the oven in the first room we were in had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The carpet in the bedroom had a large dirty stain on it.

There was a vibration all night on the first night ,like an exhaust fan above the wall/ roof ,thankfully it was not there the second night .

Very busy place,can be loud at times with noise ( kids screaming) but generally a pleasant stay

We were supprised the room had no window and the outside of the complex was dirty with a lot of rubbish on the ground and over flowing bins
