So much room, easy access to the pool, 2 bedrooms ideal, serviced whilst we were there and the lounge was ideal.

An information folder would be a helpful touch. The 2nd bedroom walls were dusty. The noise from the above apartment made it difficult to sleep at times and as the main room faces the intersection, at times the traffic noise or headlight reflection made it difficult to sleep (but I'm a light sleeper).

The apartment was tastefully decorated and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and a good sized fridge stocked with water and starter milk was appreciated, as were the tea and coffee supplies. The main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Great bathroom with laundry was a bonus, although we didn't stay long enough to need it. The swimming pool was fantastic and loved that it was so close! George was so helpful, and responded quickly to any concerns or questions, even to suggesting places to visit/see.

It is a little noisy with only shutters between the lounge room (TV) and main bedroom. We also encountered some inconsiderate neighbours who started talking on a nearby balcony at 4.00 am But earplugs assisted with both of these problems as all travellers should have with them

There was far too much air freshener sprayed before we arrived; it was a bit overpowering. A reading lamp next to the bed would be good.

Almost everything we needed was there. Ground floor unit. Car park near building entrance. The washing machine was welcome. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The hosts have tried very hard to think of everything.

Everything was clean and tidy. The place had a lovely beach theme. Best stock cupboards all the possible cups and crockery, pots and pans, and cooking utensils you could need.

From the moment of our original booking with Casa Borghese there was constant communication. When we arrived at the accommodation, George met us and showed us to our apartment. As soon as we walked into the apartment we could see immediately how clean and tidy the place was. We were able to get a late check out as well. Everything is catered for in this apartment from crockery, cutlery and many other handy utensils. Also shampoo, soaps, dishwashing liquid and washing powders. Although we were on the ground level on a busy road, noise levels were at a minimum. You won't be disappointed with this little beauty.

The only downside is that the property is located about 2.5 km from the center of the city. We didn't have a car so we walked everywhere while we were in Cairns. Therefore we put plenty of kms into our legs. Other than that the property was superb

George was fantastic. He explained everything very thoroughly and was a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend staying with Casa Borghese. The vibe of the apartment was fantastic and in great condition. The amenity is 2nd to none. The is a fantastic cafe for breakfast close by and a wonderful hotel to have a meal out of an evening aboout 300m up the road.

The close proximity to the main road and a pedestrian crossing meant that it was too noisy to leave the windows open for ventilation at night. But it was ok with the windows closed and the ceiling fan on.

It was well decorated and super clean, with lots of personal touches.

Lovely little flat. Everything we needed was there, even a washing machine + dryer which was very handy. It's located close to the airport and about 30 mins walk to Cairns city centre. All in all perfect for a short holiday to explore the Reef and Rainforests.

We loved everything!

It had everything we needed and more. We're seasoned travellers and choose our holiday accommodation carefully. Casa Borghese is the best accommodation we've had by far. Our host way responsive and helpful. The apartment was extremely well equipped, from teas and coffee to a safe box in the main bed. The kids loved the pool and the aircon in their room.
