The air con in the bedroom was a bit temperamental, and the shower temperature fluctuated depending on the time of day. There was Foxtel, but not many channels on offer.

The room was well appointed, and had everything you need for a city stay. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the area was central and an easy 15 minute flat walk to the main part of town.

I forgot to report that the television wasn’t working well (remote seemed only to turn on off and change channel - volume unchangeable and smart functions unable to be selected). I ended up using my phone for a television.

Staff were helpful. I like 24 hour reception - particularly when I have an early check out. Bedding was very comfortable. Location was great. Short walk to the airport bus and grocery store and restaurants close by. Also easy walk to free tram and central market.

Parking was a little expensive. The pool was in the separate building - this was not made clear when I booked. There was a door to another property inside our room. We could hear people talking in there. The noise wasn't an issue it just made the room feel not private or secure.

We had an unexpected upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely after spending 4 nights on a Murray River boat cabin

We were on the 11th floor, you would think noise wouldn’t travel up that far, the club at street level partied on until 3am, the noise was horrendous. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud music and the screaming crowd. With a 5am start for the airport it wasn’t ideal, it spoiled what was a lovely week in Adelaide. Look, nice place to stay but check where your windows are facing.

Good location. 10. Min walk to Rundall mall, 5 min to China town. Secure parking, room was a good size. Good view of a night.

I expected the immediate neighbourhood to be more vibrant as it's next to the arts precinct, but good food options and Central Market within 10 minutes walk.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Glassed in balcony opens fully to enjoy good weather and fresh air.

Carpet stains and balcony access locked..... Could have called reception to unlock it but as it turned out the weather was miserable anyway....but still an inconvenience.

For these dates we were a little disappointed in the smaller 2 bed unit. As we had previously stayed one night 22 August as a group of 4 adults that was the right size space. The previous apartment had a couch and 2 chairs. Not enough comfortable lounge seating, smaller living area. And the 2nd bedroom didn’t have a window for natural light, and when lounge area lights were on it illumated that room
