AustraliaEverything was fantastic. If I was really fussy, the shower pressure was not amazing, but the water was hot, and it was not the worst ever and still managed to wash my hair.
Loved the location, the accommodation, and the ease of check-in and departure. The pool was heated, so I even got to go for a swim.

Excellent location very close to the beach. Good price for the location and facilities. Unit was good and clean and comfortable. Fingal Bay is a wonderful place for a relax, and this resort is an excellent place to base from.

AustraliaAbout 5-10 people in further room along, towards pool, maybe no 23 made so much noise, were outside and had outside light on. No noise after 10pm. At 1130pm we opened window & made loud SSSSHHHH then shut window. It eventually worked, they went inside & turned off light.

South AfricaIt didn't seem like the Dulce Gusto machine worked, tried everything and couldn't get it to work. Would've loved a more poolside or closer to the beach unit location. Next time will try phone and ask if we can make a choice. More comfortable bedding would be great, sheets and pillows great but a softer bed spread/cover would be awesome.
Loved the heated swimming pool, it was actually properly heated unlike other resorts we've stayed at so despite it being a cold day, we had a lovely swim. Perfect location right by beach and cafe. Trampolines were great fun.

AustraliaNot really much... we were there for 5 days and couldn't get replacement towels unless we paid for them which was a little bizarre. Also, there is only one coffee shop/Cafe nearby so you would have to drive out to get any kind of food or groceries. In saying that, the town isn't very far at all.
Location was amazing! Right across from the beach. Apartments were spacious and everything was extremely clean and comfortable! Bedrooms were decently sized, one big almost the size of 2 bedrooms. The BBQ area was awesome - big enough for a massive family. Kids enjoyed the playground and trampolines as well as lots of space to run around and play. The pool was wonderful and warm and we were in there after the sun went down and still didn't feel cold. Such a great place for a family!

AustraliaMost of the windows in our upstairs apartment only opened about 20cm (for safety) and the curtain blocks the opening. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan or pedestal fan the lounge area, there is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the lounge which we set to "fan" just to circulate the air. There is a fly screen on the sliding glass door however it wasn't a "security flyscreen door" and didn't even have a small latch to prevent it from being opened. Something to keep in mind if you have toddlers who like to open doors. Being by the beach it would have been nice to take advantage of the ocean breeze at night and listen to the crashing waves a bit more. Having said that it was a fantastic place to stay 🤩 PS just to make it clear, the glass sliding door itself is very secure and locks...its just the flyscreen that doesn't.. for those that like to let the breeze in whilst sleeping 😉
The heated pool was great. The garden and grounds were kept very neat and tidy. The DVD player was a real plus, we took our own discs to watch. We also took our wii which we easily hooked up to the TV. We also took extension cord and powerboard. There are ample power points however it was handy having them with the kids needing to charge their multiple devices lol. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were appreciated. We didn't use them but there are multiple bbqs and seating in the grounds and a great looking outdoor play area, with real trampolines. There is also a playground just across the road near the beach with swings and a flying fox. There is a footy field across a different road if you want to kick a ball around.
