Due to an injury sustained by my husband prior to our trip, we had to get a different room to the one that was booked. It was more a disability friendly room. The shower was a walk in shower, which was perfect, except that the water did not seem to want to go down the drain. It flowed quite steadily into the main part of the bathroom making it difficult to clean with towels we had and the floor was very much a slipping hazzard. There was a squeegee behind the door, but did not assist when we were already in the shower and needed to get out while wet. I think this needs to be looked at.

The room was big and spacious, clean and just what I was after. The location in Hervey Bay was perfect for what I needed.

Lovely little complex. 1 bedroom apartment was well set out and very clean. Comfy bed . Excellent location. Good value for money. This was our second stay and would definitely stay again. Easy, convenient parking too.

Pool area lovely but shaded all day so too cool to use at this time of year which was disappointing.

Fantastic location opposite beach and lots of local cafes and restaurants. Also really great value for money. Small little balcony but great for cup of coffee or to read a book. Great ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Little kitchenette handy.

We stayed in room 204. Based on our experience, I think our room could have been clean better. There was alot of dust in our room, we could see it on the bottom of our feet and we have not once left the door open during our stay. The bed we got seems like a double rather than queen which was quite uncomfortable. Toilet roll handle has been attached by using blue tack which has felt on my partner's feet at one stage while was on the toilet. Air con in the bedroom part wasn't working compared to the one in the living as it was pumping and you can actually felt it. Also the main bed was on rollers and moved around quite a bit.

Location is great! Close to nice restaurants. Secure parking on site.

Large room with equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and central location. Only stayed for one night on the way to Fraser Island and arrived late but contactless collection of keys from the lockbox was easy and there is secure parking behind a gate. Well located for restaurants within 5 min walk.

Not much -probably this is a small thing to mention. but the car was a little too far away - but that's just me.

Fantastic location, room was great, good night sleep and quiet. Couldn't fault it - I would recommend and will be staying here again on my next visit.

There are actually 2 buildings separated- directions to rear rooms were poor plus no lift to the 3rd floor. Otherwise a pleasant 2 night stay- room large and comfortable

- Only 2 small windows in the room which were too high to see through and could only be opened a couple of centimetres. Would have booked a different room if I'd known. - WiFi kept dropping out.
