We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Malaysia1)No hot water dispenser is available. Which is a bit of inconvenience for us as the weather is cold, and we need to drink warm water. Need to boil water with electric kettle. 2)The hotel is a bit far from city center. Not much dining option nearby.
The hotel is new. The room is not big, but the 2 double bed fits 4 of us comfortably. The hotel uses glass bottle to serve the drinking water, which is a good practice to reduce single use plastics. They provide as many drinking water we wanted.

AustraliaWe ordered dinner in the room Got an Ubereats paper bag meal in cartons delivered to our room and got charged $10.00 extra for a room delivery. Very poor for a Marriott. We were tired and didn't want to eat out. No restaurants close to the hotel.
Breakfast area was lovely and relatively good menu Room was cleaned every day unlike a few other hotels in Perth which was every third day only. Staff very courteous and helpful

AustraliaThe parking is privately owned & operated and is very expensive. We parked at the hospital the second night to avoid ridiculous prices. The staff were a fantastic help with this too
Exceptional service from welcoming & friendly staff. We travelled unexpectedly for a medical emergency for my young daughter and arrived in the night after a long drive. The staff were brilliant, we were settled in the comfy room with minutes. It is a 5 minute walk to Fiona Stanley Hospital. If you’re coming for medical treatment I cannot recommend Marriott Murdoch more highly.

AustraliaPaid parking under hotel is shared with 3 other towers (there are 4 parking levels shared with other health service related functions). Max over-night charge is $23.00 to 6:00am and the hourly charge from that time is $5.00 per hour to a maximum of $23.00 (so if you check out at 10:00 am possible charge is $43.00). No direct access to car park under hote as building also houses privately owned apartments who have a boom gate access to that carpark.
Very modern accomodation in a precinct which included a private hospital and a public hospital.

Reception staff exceptional-helpful to a stress visitor. They went above. Thankyou Bed and pillow - extremely relaxing and comfortable. Though I didn't sleep much, I got up relaxed to face 6am-8pm at fsh. Shower- hot Noise or disturbance - there wasn't any. Cleanliness - 100% thank you. Everytime I came back to the room, I came to a made bed, everything immaculate.
