We booked the accommodation after seeing that the first picture advertising the venue was a pool. It was going to be a really warm weekend and with young children, we thought perfect! Unfortunately the pool was closed due to renovations. There was no warning of this on the booking site or any confirmation emails issued which was disappointing.

The apartment itself was lovely and well presented. It had all the creature comforts and facilities we needed for our family for the weekend. It was in a great location. The terrace was a lovely addition, the kids loved sitting out there and playing.

The pool looked like it was under construction (the whole deck was ripped up) , but this was not listed anywhere and even the pool didn’t have a sign saying not to use.

The air conditioning was difficult to figure out and so we were a little cold at night, and pool was not heated. But these were minor issues that were happily overlooked as everything else was beyond expectations.

Stunning. clean room, with beautiful modern kitchen. Quiet and excellent location. A short walk to everything. Great gym and sauna facility. Would be great in Summer! Will come back.

Foxtel didn’t work well , we needed to replace batteries on arrival.

great location right in towncenter. easy shopping and mins walk to cafe in the corner of the street. The pool brings me and the kids lots of fun after dinner.

We like a firm bed but this one was could benefit from just a topper to soften a little. The en-suite was small but clean, however we had a very wet floor due to water leaking out underneath the shower door seal.

Location and facilities were excellent. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. Kitchen was very well appointed.

Wi-fi service. This was our 2nd stay here. 1st unit was 29 and the Wi-fi was terrible, 2nd unit was 42 Wi-fi was a little better close to the balcony. Could not connect the smart TV to the Wi-fi.

A small issue but it was annoying that in the main bedroom there were only sliding doors for fresh air which only opened in the middle (not from the side). The curtains also didn't open in the middle but came from the side meaning there was no way to have the door a little open for fresh air without having to fully open the curtains. A simple design flaw with the curtains but one which could make a big difference to allow a lovely cool breeze in the evening whilst sleeping.

Hairdryer was broken at the back and fell off. So I didn't use it again. It did work though. Outdoor mat had long threads coming off it, which could potentially become a trip hazard.

There was a dead bird on the deck that had been there for a while. But this was easily flung off the roof amd into the bushes below. Did not effect out stay at all.

No tissue provided. Only toilet paper. When I request one more toilet paper, they asked me to buy from super market. I felt ridiculous. I booked 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights, only 4 rolls toilet paper for 6 peoples (if fully occupied), and without tissue provided. I don't think it is enough. Only one hair dryer in the whole apartment, I prefer you provide two

Power shorted out and shut off. The manager didn’t follow up to see if we wanted a replacement microwave - it shut down the power when we tried to use it. I guess we could have asked for a replacement.
