We didn’t get what we saw and booked for.. I booked and paid extra for a ocean view room we got level 1 :( There was maintenance works at the property at 8:00am till late on one of the mornings we were there.

There isn't thing that comes to mind. We were wanting somewhere just to relax and Clubb Coolum supplied that.

The unit we spent time in was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The location was very close to Coolum where we spent a lot of time just walking around.

Elegantly furnished and decorated apartment with fantastic view. Very spacious and clean. Second bedroom was generous in this centre front apartment. So well located in respect to beach, shops and restaurants.

The beds weren’t comfortable, needs a proper doona option and it wasn’t very clean overall needs dusting as it set our hayfever off especially the fans. There was someone else’s hairs in the shower as well so that was off putting too. It is on a main road so it’s always loud with traffic noise.

We liked the location we just parked the car & walked to anything we needed in Coolum. The view from the apartment was beautiful.

The main bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows are stained, both the mattress and pillows need replacing. The dishwasher may need rinse aid or might just be old, it didn't dry the dishes at all. Maybe consider either turning the lounge rug over or replacing, we caught our bags and tripped a couple of times on two corners as they are turned up, this could cause a serious fall for those unaware. Given the age of the resort it is fairly dated, but this is to be expected.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with an ocean view. The Unit was a lot bigger than I expected, which was great and it had a bath in the ensuite, which was a pleasant surprise. Unit was lovely, well presented, tidy and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and the extras items at Reception that are available for use is amazing. Short walk to shops, beach and Coolum Beach Surf Club. Will definitely book there again in the future.

The location was amazing, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very fun play room to use on a rainy day, beautiful apartment and very clean, the only negative thing to say was that the mattresses were uncomfortable.

Temporary construction work on the restaurant made it difficult to stop at reception.

The facilities were great. The resort had everything we wanted - tennis court, heated pool and hot tub, well equipped games room and gym. And the reception was friendly and helpful.

The common areas are tired and need some TLC.

Fantastic views and great location, easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, cafes and beach. Checking-in and out was easy. We had a very spacious apartment, well equipped and very clean. My kids enjoyed the pool, spa and play room. I would book it again. It was good value for money. There is also a good Indian restaurant right at the bottom of the building which does great take-aways.

access to the pool was a bit tricky as there were renovations happening to the normal access routes. A temporary issue only. Car park was tight but no different than any other hotel underground carpark we've stayed at.

Loved the location. Room was large with great facilities. The sea view was fabulous and the apartment was very quiet. Some signs of wear on furniture and fittings, which is to be expected and did not detract from the experience.

The double bed in the master bedroom was as hard as a rock made for an uncomfortable sleep the 2nd bedrooms beds were more comfortable but only set up as single beds

The location is prime and is close to the local restaurants the ocean view is perfect being right on the water. The size of the room itself was amazing and very spacious.

The room wasn’t overly clean. There was still hair on the floor and in the shower of the ensuite bathroom and I went to put the fan on in that room and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. It was filthy, dust flew all over the bed and my hay fever set off immediately from the dust

Mattress was very soft (personally prefer a firmer mattress). Blanket also quite light and not warm enough for the changing season.

The extraction fan in the bathroom and laundry seemed to stay on, but closing the door meant we couldn’t hear it. Bit pricey, perhaps because there were surf carnival and foodie events on. The sofa was uncomfortable and saggy, dining table is damaged and looks shabby.

Very roomy, lovely view over the ocean, no traffic noise surprisingly, though it was very blustery weather and that probably drowned it. Ensuite bathroom was spacious. Bed was comfy, room quiet. The pool below was big, and looked inviting but it was cool weather, so didn’t get a chance to try it.

The cleaning was not the best. We had to use only one side of the wardrove because the doors were very difficult to move. Someone entered the appartment to replace a light bulb without notice.
