John and Kay serve breakfast classics with class of touch. A delightful experience for those who appreciate the charm of countryside living and the joys of a well-prepared meal. Get your day off to a rolling start with freshly cut fruits, juice, bircher muesli and coffee or tea. Later, choose eggs from various styles with full set brekky plate. John and Kay share stories about the surroundings and local attractions to explore adding personal touch.

A queen bed would have been nice, but the beautiful Sheridan bed linen made up for that.

Kay& John are amazing hosts, the breakfasts each morning were fresh and and very generous. The log fire every day was much appreciated. The property was on 5 acres of beautiful maintained gardens and mature trees. A walk after the hearty breakfast is a must.the photo I attached is taken early morning from the property boundary into the distance

We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The venue is set in beautiful gardens and is very private, spacious and comfortable. John and Kay are very warm and welcoming and happy to share local information. They take care and pride in making sure their guests have everything they need. The breakfasts were beautifully prepared and presented.

Superb grounds maintained by John and Kay in a semi rural location. The pool was a delight to use on the 30 + days we were there and Kay’s breakfasts were a treat. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a few days. Quiet at night? Most certainly.

John and Kay were just exceptional as hosts. The little touches such as fresh flowers, wine in the fridge and graze plate just made the stay so special. The well kept grounds and gardens were a delight. i don't really want to add much more as when we want to return we will be unable to book. A wonderful WONDERFUL couple of nights

Beautiful serene setting far enough away, yet close enough to the town centre. Hosts had many suggestions for activities, restaurants etc. They went above and beyond their roles, very helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and thoughtful touches made a big difference, eg cheese platter on arrival.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful property and views; tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. John and Kay are brilliant attentive hosts, the added surprises such as wine and cheese platter were delightful. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Beautiful property, with views of the large and well maintained lawns and trees. Room/suite was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well presented. It is not often that I feel so comfortable away from home. The hosts thought of every extra you can think of. The hospitality was incredible and the full breakfast was absolutely delicious. We stayed in the Winter room, which has a closed fireplace. The hosts ensured that it was prepared in the evening, with extra logs on the fire when we got back from dinner. I have stayed in many B&B’s and this wins first prize. Thank you for hosting us - we will be back.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the location was great, not too far to drive to Orange town centre. It was lovely swimming in the pool on a hot day. Our hosts were very helpful with information about the area and very friendly.

The location had one of the most picturesque gardens I have seen. It's like steeping away from reality and into a secret garden. A perfect place to escape from the constant noise and rush of the city. Breakfast was amazing and our hosts took care of us really well. It was like visiting your grandparents for a short getaway.
