Coffee satchels were off! Proper beach towels for the whole family would have been nice. For a 4 day stay for the 4 of us would have been nice for an extra set of towels. No one wants to do washing on holiday. One door lock in lounge dining room wasn’t able to be locked to balcony. Dining chairs needs tightening up.

Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Amazing views from all windows. Loved having the coffee machine and the selection of pods. It’s a very well equipped apartment for groups and families with more that the basic items.

Great communications and the apartment was just lovely to go into. Bonus for the kids as they got timtams and there really wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided - they went the extra mile and did a fantastic job

The floors were incredibly slippery and constantly wet, my mother in law and I both slipped over.

The only one fault in the whole apartment was that the living area balcony door had a catch missing so it couldn't be locked properly but we were 10 floors up so we were not too worried about that! Everything else was perfect!

There was a packet of Tim Tams in the fridge and some coffee liqueurs with a welcome note! The coffee machine in the apartment was great, with lots of pods of differing strength coffees. Everything about the apartment was amazing and oozed quality, it was a brilliant view from the spacious balcony. Our Son loved the fact he had a private balcony off his bedroom as well. No problem with free parking, just at the rear of the property. Very comprehensive supply of anything you might need, right down to umbrellas, a baby high chair and a baby's travel cot! We actually live in Kewarra beach about 20km away, but we wanted to stay in the city for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Host is very helpful - we got the cyclone during our staying, and the host help to organise a flexible check-in/check-out so that we can access the property with most convenience.

We liked the little extras that were left free of charge, eg tim tams and milk in the fridge, QR codes for things to do and how to describe the location for food delivery drivers, the sports equipment.

The team presented the apartment beautifully, but not all the apartments have been fully refurbished yet.

Beautifully presented with style and quality. The cleaning team make it feel like a show home as you walk in. Really well equipped with everything you might ever need. Chris cannot do enough to help…thanks !

Just the air conditioner in the kitchen area wasn’t working the best.

Couldn't fault anything. Clean, comfortable, fantastic location, friendly staff. We loved all the extras in the apartment from the coffee machine, chocolates, water. The apartment was spacious, comfy, loved the balcony overlooking the esplanade.

The windows and balcony were all designed to maximise the super view. Location was good for walking to restaurants. The property was cleaned very well. Liked the little touches with items in the fridge and the way the towels were folded. Had a luxurious feel to it.

Everything. The owners are really attentive to all the details of the apartment. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. Facilities are great. They also provided supplements such as biscuits and coffee pods! We enjoyed our stay a lot! It has great balcony views as well!
