Hopefully they open the heated indoor pool up to under 18's soon.

The rooms are very nice and well appointed. I think these are the newly refurbished rooms as the hotel is going through a major refit. The Bay View rooms have a nice view of Botany bay and the Sydney Airport. They have a small verandah with a couple of chairs and low table so we could sit out there and watch the planes taxi and take off/land. The buffet breakfast is very good with a nice selection of fresh fruit and cereal and hot foods.

I was hoping for a bath and an airport shuttle. the shower for both my partner and myself was very hard to adjust and difficult. spent a lot of time trying to get it right.

The louvre window between the bathroom and the bedroom is a bit gross. The hotel is going through an upgrade yet there was no discount in room price

The WiFi was useless which also affected the TV. The noise from the renovations was understandable but annoying all the same.

A luxurious, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short drive to the airport and a short walk to the numerous Brighton Beach restaurants.

Price did not match expectations at all. While there was prior warning about the construction work, it definitely did impact the stay. I'm sure it will be fantastic once complete and rooms that have not yet been upgraded (as mine was) are definitely in need of the refurbishment.

1. Breakfast choices is limited, nothing new each day, hence, quite boring for several days of stay... 2. Hotel Restaurant closes at 10pm. So you don't have a place to hang out for coffee with friends.

Location is what makes me come back all the time. Great beach view, With several restaurants nearby and a Catholic church.

Breakfast menu considered expensive and took a lot of time to have table cleaned. 1 young lady working on her own. Check-in areas needs more seating out front for guests waiting, 4 chairs & a table behind stairs is insufficient. On checkout from parking, car number-plate could not be read and had to phone the help number and my wife at reception to get someone to open the boom-gate. Frustrating!! We had to assist and elderly gentleman & his wife sorting out access to the lifts as doors were closing too quickly & he could have been injured. You could do with a concierge at check-in times.

Views good from level 8, Room updated tastefully, carpet & fitout recently completed. Dining room well set out & Bar area upmarket. Pool areas well furnished.

Parts of the hotel are still being renovated, but I didn't have any problem with noise or other issues. The dining and recreation services were all open and accessible.

Stayed here for a work conference, which meant a nice opportunity to explore an area of Sydney that I hadn't been before. Rooms were spacious and clean, the bathroom was very modern with good amenities. The services for the conference itself were also great, with good food and friendly staff.
