I found the bed in my room uncomfortable as the springs had deteriorated in the bed base, squeaked badly whenever I moved and the mattress sagged. I could only sleep well on the second night, by lying in the middle on the mattress ridge.

I packed my own food, breakfast and lunches, as preparation for hiking on both days. I did not expect a cooked breakfast. The coffee on the first morning was excellent, thank you and a welcome gesture. Stu offered dinner on Saturday night which I really appreciated. I was going out to a restaurant with my bushwalking group and so declined. Certainly, the staff were very generous suggesting that I could use any of the food available in the kitchen. There was no concern in using the communal bathroom and toilet as these were always free to use as needed and there was plenty of hot water.

Stuart was so kind and very helpful. He had a lovely home and was so helpful to us even when we had issues with our car and he did not have to help. A gentleman. The room was so homely and he has fabulous artwork in his home. He made us feel at home and was so friendly with a warm smile.

Perhaps a small desk or table as there wasn't really anywhere to put my things other than on the floor. But I'm nitpicking.

I felt very welcome and made to feel at home. It was lovely chatting to other visitors who are also travelling. Stu and Lisa were fantastic hosts. The tea/coffee/breakfast supplies were good to have also. Thank you.

As we were actually staying in the home we did feel a little uncomfortable sharing the home with a number of other guests as far as shared bathroom and toilet. We had to leave early next day so we were very aware of staying as quiet as possible.

The owner Stu was very welcoming on our arrival. First impression was good, property easy to find, home was warm and welcoming. Stu was happy to open his home up to us regarding use of the kitchen facilities, laundry etc and was happy to chat and offer local information.

Chose the location as it was very close to family👌 we stayed six nights in a very comfortable bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Great home with relaxing lounge area and outdoor courtyard with BBQ which we utilised for most our meals. Great coffee machine. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and generous. Was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend👌
