Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Attention to detail, we had milk, juice, cereal, bread, butter and jams, coffee, tea, etc. PLUS a beautiful bottle of wine. Plus bottled water. I have never stayed anywhere that thoughtful. We will definitely be back and next time I will drink the wine,

Basic but has everything you need in a great location. Only 5 mins to town. Great value for money too! Netflix, Stan etc was a bonus. So we're the included bread , milk and cereal was good too. One less thing you have to buy. Shower was massive!

AustraliaThe air conditioning controls are inside the main house, with the owners out of the house from 9am to 4pm. Our 2 night stay featured warm days. There will be more summer morning sun protection when the Japanese maple and bottebrush grow. Best to be out of the room while the owners are out, which is not an issue with the many villages, wineries and sights to visit around Orange. Best times to stay would be spring and autumn months.
Comprehensive continental breakfast included, complimentary bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water enhanced the stay. The room is well appointed and presented. Compared with the competition Blue Wren is excellent value for money.

AustraliaBecause the B&B is attached to the house it is not well insulated from the sounds in the main residence but was not excessively noisy. Parking was in the driveway of the house but was always accessible during our stay.
A bedroom and ensuite, and 2 chairs and a very small table for eating but there is a patio outside than can be utilised near a lovely rockery garden.

AustraliaTowel rail too close to toilet re hygiene. However, I didn't see where else to place it. To be fair, the hand towel and towel were placed on the bed, giving me a choice.
Helpful hosts with nothing being of a bother for this older lady. Very comfortable accommodation with the bed being of excellent comfort. I give it an A+. I wasn't sure that breakfast was included and it was a pleasant surprise. Hosts, particularly keen to please with dietary requirements.
